This luxurious 5 bedroom villa with jacuzzi is situated in a private closed complex. On the ground floor are located spacious lounge with two sitting areas, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms offer a direct sea view. The villa is fully air-conditioned and installed central heating system that allows you to comfortably rest on it and in the winter and also have satellite TV and Internet.
The villa is situated on the beach in a private complex. The nearest mini market located at the exit from the complex. Restaurants, bars, taverns, butcher shop, etc. located within 10 minutes. Electricity id extra charge accordingto the meter and has to be paid on departure day
