The villa is located within the "Palma Village" a few meters from the beach of Cala Bitta. Within the village and a few steps from the house we find the newly renovated pool and tennis court.

On the ground floor we find the new and equipped kitchen and the living area, outside the garden with the relaxation area and the barbecue.

On the basement floor there are 2 bedrooms (2 single beds per room) with 2 bathrooms,:

We arrived, having received little to no information about check in details, location of the property, before arriving, to find out after an hour hunting the property, numerous calls, without reply to the owner and VRBO, that eventually our host cancelled the booking leaving myself, my wife and my three children under 7 stranded. VRBO subsequently advised me we could find another property, but given the time was 8pm we had to take matters into our own hands and hunt for a last minute accommodation costing over 1500 more. I wouldn’t book with this host again and strongly encourage you not to either.

Leider war ein Zimmer im Keller ohne Fenster und somit schlechter belüftet. Auch das Internet hat seine Schwierigkeiten gehabt. Für die Lage des Objektes wäre es von Vorteil wenn es über MöNach dem Hinweis auf die Mängel hat der Vermieter uns einen Nachlass zugesagt.

Casa bellissima,zona molto tranquilla a 50 metri dal mare,la piscina condominiale molto bella,la casa con spazi enormi fuori è dentro,attrezzatissima con tutto è dí più,nelle tutte le tre stanze presente aria condizionata,manca là aria condizionata nella cucina è la veranda che durante il giorno fa molto caldo,nella veranda mancano anche le tende per fare un po’ di ombra ci vogliono,nel giardino non c’è mai ombra è questo estate faceva parecchio caldo,ma nessun problema ti butti subito nella piscina che dista 10 metri quindi ti rinfreschi,la signora Nicolina sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa la possiamo solo ringraziare di tutto.Unica pecca è che nella una camera da letto che è sotto terra si sente tantissimo umidità e muffa,noi non la abbiamo usata perché odore è insopportabile.Comunque la casa è bellissima vicino al mare e vicino alle spiagge è in 10 min a piedi sei a Baja Sardiinia.Un piacevole soggiorno di 18 giorni.

Belle maison très bien située

es +: maison spacieuse,bien décorée, très bien situé, à 10m de la piscine, tt près de la plage, à 5 min en voiture d une grande surface, et proche de jolies ports et villages.. Les 3 chambres ont la clim, Les-: pas de clim au salon, Dommage il n'y a pas de terrasse pour manger dehors ni de parasol, c'était un gros manque, 2 chambres sont en sous sol dont une très humide malheureusement , au bout de 2 nuits les enfants toussaient toute lala nuit donc ils ont dans nos chambres, Communication vraiment compliqué avec le propriétaire surtout avant l'arrivée pour avoir des renseignements, c'est dommage

Superbe location

Maison très bien située proche de tout les restaurants boîtes et plages de la région. La maison était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée et entièrement équipée. La climatisation dans les chambre est un vrai confort. La piscine de la résidence est aussi très agréable. Seul point négatif est le fait que le propriétaire ne m'a contacté que le jour d'arrivée, cela m'a donc stressé. Cependant tout le séjour s'est très bien passé et nous avons pu communiquer facilement à la moindre question ( il faut cependant parler Italien ou Anglais).

Urlaub mit 3 Generationen (0,5 bis 64 J)

Wir waren 2 Wo. im August mit 6 E. und 2 Kleinkindern zu Covidzeiten) Die Pluspunkte des Domizils haben deutlich überwogen: *Grosszügiger gepflegter Garten (jeden Tag kommt der Gärtner), Boule, Federball etc. gut möglich* Grosser Gemeinschaftspool (10×20m) , daneben Tennisplatz (beides meist für uns alleine), vom Garten des Hauses mit kleiner Mauer und Gartentürchen abgetrennt (ideal mit Kleinkindern)* kleiner Strand ohne Rummel in ca. 100m an schöner kleiner Bucht*sehr schöner grosser Gemeinschaftsraum mit kleiner aber ausreichender Küche.*ordentl. Schlafräume, klimatisiert, jeweils mit eigenem Bad*ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Pizzeria in unmittelbarer Nähe*unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer (whats app, englisch), durften früher ein- und später auschecken Minuspunkte: 2 Schlafräume sind im Keller davon ist ein Raum ein Durchgangszimmer (hat uns nicht gestört, da eine grosse Familie und aufgehalten haben wir uns eh nur im Garten, im Gemeinschaftsraum, am Pool und am Strand)* !!es gibt aussen keine Verschattung (Sonnenschirm+Ständer kaufen/mitbringen!)*die vor Ort betreuende Frau ist maximal unfreundlich (es gab aber keinen Ärger, checkin/checkout reibungslos). Ein Urlaub, den wir in unserer Konstellation jederzeit hier wieder verbringen würden.

Gute Lage und grosszügig angelegt. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Platz ist genug da. Leider ist nur ein Schlafzimmer oberhalb der Erde, die anderen zwei sind fensterlose Räume. Die Nachbarn im selben Haus hört man leider extrem gut. Die ganze Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter läuft über Whatsapp. Da wir kein Italienisch können,war das ein bisschen schwierig...

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit guter Lage und super Gemeinschaftspool

Die Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp hat auf Englisch stattgefunden und war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und mit fast allen nötigen Sachen des täglichen Lebens ausgestattet (zum Beispiel Geschirr, Handtücher/Bettwäsche, Liegen usw.) Gefehlt hat uns aber ein Feuerzeug für den Grill, ein Schirm für den Garten, und ein Wasserkocher. Es wäre außerdem noch schön, wenn die Dachterrasse möbliert gewesen wäre (gerade abends hätte man dort schön sitzen/essen können). Spät abends wurde es manchmal lauter, weil andere Häuser bzw. Hotels Musik abgespielt haben. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der saubere und von uns täglich genutzte Gemeinschaftspool. Zum Meer sind auch es nur ca. 100 Meter.

Jolie maison, bien entretenue.

Très bien en famille, idéal avec la piscine et la plage . Difficile d'avoir des réponses du propriétaire pour les renseignements. Maison mitoyenne et nous avions des voisins qui vivaient la nuit...dommage. Tous les soirs de la semaine étaient animées par un même spectacle venant d'une résidence ou hôtel voisin, il faut aimer ces musiques!!

Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Sardischer Charme, perfekte Abwicklung, Dolce far niente! Der grosse Gemeinschaftspool wurde rege genutzt, die 100m bis zum kleinen feinen Strand sind auch perfekt!

One of the best Apartements we stayed ever

We shared the apartement with 8 People in total. 4 Adults, 4 Kids. It was just perfekt. The Kids loved the garden and the pool as well as the beach within 100 m distance. The Kitchen ist perfekt equipped. Everything is cosy and decorated with lots of love. We played Tennis even by night with Illumination. We will definitely come back - maybe already next year!
