Along the beach, in a private natural area very close to the mouth of the river Fiumalto, the house is a comfortable place for six persons (two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, six places to sleep), with a terrace and a private garden. There are two independent entries. Almost exclusively used by the inhabitants of the marina, the beach is at about 50 meters from the house : you have to cross a small private road to join it. Very safe for children.

Very nice place to stay!

Nice house on a great location very close to beach and river. Great surroundings. Place fits very good for a vacation with kids and a dog. Rather close to harbour of Bastia. Car is needed for staying here.

Urlaub mit Hund

Wir waren im September 2023 in Korsika mit dem Hund dort im Urlaub. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Hunde sind dort sehr willkommen. Auch am wilden Strand. Welcher keine 100 m vom Haus entfernt ist konnte man den Hund frei laufen lasse. Das Haus war in Grossen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Der Besitzer sehr freundlich. Leider waren sehr viel Ameisen dieses Jahr und auch Quallen, aber da kann der Besitzer ja nichts dafür. Es wäre vielleicht zu empfehlen ein bisschen das Gebäude ein bisschen mehr zu pflegen. Zum Beispiel könnte man die aufgeführten Aussendusche installieren und nicht nur einen Gartenschlauch auf den Boden legen. Ansonsten ist die Liegenschaft und Der Ort nur zu empfehlen. Sehr ruhig .ohne Fahrzeug nicht zu empfehlen.

Wonderful times

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Auch wenn die Ausstattung der Unterkunft eher Basic ist bietet sie dennoch alles was man braucht. Wir wären rundherum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet und Jean-Stéphane war immer sehr hilfsbereit und sofort zu erreichen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt,wenige Meter vom menschenleeren Strand. Auch der nahegelegene Fluss ist wunderschön und eine Erlebnis für die Kinder! Wir haben unsere Zeit in Korsika sehr genossen und können Jean-Stéphane uneingeschränkt als Gastgeber weiterempfehlen!!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Strand welcher fußläufig in einer Minute erreicht ist. Im Haus findet man alle wichtigen Dinge für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist recht gut. Sehr schön ist die Außendusche an heißen Strandtagen. Man sollte beim baden zumindest eine Hose an haben, weil ansonsten eine verantwortungsvolle Nachbarin (Einheimische Bewohnerin 2 Häuser weiter) ohne Vorankündigung die Polizei anruft. Man kann am Stand kilometerweit wandern und da es sehr flach ins Wasser geht (ca. 50m) ist er auch für kleine Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Tolle Lage

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Strand wird nur von den wenigen Gästen der kleinen Siedlung genutzt und ist sauber und natürlich. Der sanft abfallende Strand ist ideal für Kinder und auch der Fluß ist ein toller Spielplatz.

Sehr gut

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Es ist zwar nicht das neueste aber in dem Haus gibt es alles was man so braucht wenn man mit Kindern in den Urlaub fährt. Die Küche war sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt um ordentlich zu kochen und es waren mehr Küchengeräte und Utensilien vorhanden als in jedem Ferienhaus in dem wir bisher waren. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Der angrenzende Fluss bietet super Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und man kann gut darin baden. Der Strand ist etwas langweilig und es gibt schönere auf Korsika. Aber der Fluss wertet es schon wieder auf. Leider sind die Betten sehr ungemütlich und nix wenn man etwas mehr auf den Rippen hat. Aber das ist auch nix Neues bei Ferienhäusern.

Perfektes Ferienhäuschen für den Familienurlaub!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen mit unseren fünf Kinder (Alter zw. 3 und 14 Jahren) hier verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Es sind wenige Schritte zu Fuß zum wunderbaren und sauberen, nur von direkten Bewohnern der anliegenden Häusern besuchten Sandstrand. Das Wasser geht flach ins Meer, sodass auch die Kleinen prima plantschen konnten. Auch der einmündende Flussarm ist perfekt zum Bauen und Spielen für die kleineren Kinder. Das Hinterland haben wir und die älteren Jungs zum Mountainbiken genutzt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr wohnlich und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Sehr willkommen waren die Waschmaschine und die Spülmaschine. Der Garten und die Terrasse mit Außendusche (nach dem Strand) sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Der Vermieter war bei Problemen gut erreichbar und Bekannte zum Helfen direkt vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Maison très bien équipée

Des défaillances sur pas mal de chose dans la maison mais propriétaire à l'écoute, la plage n'est pas la plus belle de corse mais un peu dessus car pas totalement au bord de la mer, situation très bonne pour découvrir le cap corse et la corse du sud.Legerement trop chère pour la qualité de la maison mais nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Effectivement cette villa permet davantage de parcourir et d'explorer l'arrière-pays et ses villages pittoresques, et sa plage n'a pas la beauté des criques de Port Vecchio ou de la plage de Saleccia. Pa ailleurs, nous nous efforcerons de pallier les petits inconvénients ressentis par nos futurs hôtes.

très bonnes vacances en Corse

Emplacement parfait pour cette location, idéale avec des enfants qui peuvent aller à la plage en 10 secondes. Le propriétaire est une personne à l'écoute, très réactif, et soucieux du confort des ses locataires. La maison est agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle et facile d'entretien.
