Apartment really in the center, along the street that connect modern part to beauty of Old Town. For internet you have free connection using 3G/WiFi .. Apartment suit well for a couple with 1 children, kitchen is equipped of everything you need. Very bright apartment overlooking a private garden, total of 4 windows all equipped with mosquito protection that is something important during summer-time for your skin.

ONLY for August we rent preferable 29 july to 12 aug or 12th august to 26th august

Usual rent is for 2 weeks from sat to sat, but available to rent 1 week under specific request and low season.

Working as employee in Pharmaceutical Business, like to get in contact with international people in order to show beauty of the place where I have been living past 45 years, more than welcome to host you in this caratheristic apartment with a lot of history behind that recently 2009 has been rennovated personally by my father. The building used to be an old monastery that belonged to Catholic Church until 1955. From large windows you are able to see a real sunset over roof of different buildings.

Why they chose this property

Interested to discover this historical town, able to spend time on the beach during the day and feel the atmosphere of Italy in the evening. Enjoy the beauty of Old Town with different restaurant and pizzeria. Ideal apartment for a couple.

What makes this property unique

Electricity is the only extra payment usually is 15 or 20 euro a week not more. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request.

Apartment in real center of Terracina, based on 1st floor with nice view of private garden and part of Terracina, along the street that take you from Piazza Garibaldi to Cathedral Square . History Building from 19th century in the past used to be a Monaster.
