Well Maintained Complex In Quiet Nice Area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lokelani is a nice, smaller vacation property as close to the water as possible. Our condo was ground floor north-most one. View of Molokai, Lanai, sunsets from living room with wider and larger view from the furnished lanai. Access to small beach just several steps from the unit.Very comfortable king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room and quiet location made this a great stay for us.

Turtles on the beach

Very nice property! Had breakfast here every morning and watched the whales in the distance. Sea turtles hung out on the adjoining beach several of the days we were there, and even napped on the beach.

Great for a Maui trip

Bree’s apartment was fantastic, right on the water, with a/c in the bedroom and everything else we wanted. She was super responsive and helpful, particularly when we mistakenly thought we’d forgotten something in the unit!

Loved the location and beach access. We did like the dual access to the bathroom. Make sure you get the A/C add on as I forgot but no problem adding it. Liz the manager was great to deal with. Mahalo Liz. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Aloha

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the rental was easy. The location is great, with a beautiful stretch of beach in front (larger than it appears in the photos), that is never busy. There is good food just a 10-minute walk away and a grocery store just a 15-minute walk away. We loved our stay.

Listening to the ocean at night is makes for a very good sleep. My only complaint is the local that has a dog that barks in the middle of the night.

Awesome place!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 3 stayed in what we described as PERFECT for us! Every day we said we can’t believe how great this place is! The complex is small which gives a home-y feel. It’s also very quiet. The end unit made a wonderful cross breeze. Also, the end unit made the lanai open on one side which made it feel that much more open. The decor was lovely! The furniture is very comfy, especially the king bed. Plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was fantastic! The location of this place is phenomenal, very low key, just what we hoped for. And RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Hearing the waves is so calming. The beach is swimmable and good for snorkeling. The beach sunsets views are perfection! Of all the places we could stay, we will choose this place, every time.

What a gem!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the last condo we stayed at during our trip and it was by far our favorite! It was so well stocked with everything you could need, from all types of kitchen appliances and BBQ tools (we bbq’d one night right outside our lanai), to a bathroom with not only toiletries but hair dryer, curling iron, regular hair iron, a first aid kit. We noticed the shower pooled a bit on the first day and so we called to let them know and within 5 minutes someone was there snaking the drain. The condo also had coolers, beach chairs, and a bucket with beach toys. The mattress in the bedroom and in the sofa bed were so incredibly comfortable that they both felt brand new. The ac in the bedroom cooled well. The view was spectacular! The sunsets were beautiful! We were able to snorkel and saw more fish there than in any of the other snorkeling spots we went to in 3 different islands. The box of chocolates was a nice welcome touch. It was by far our favorite and can’t wait to go back!

2026 vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been vacationing at Lokelani for the past 20 years and just love staying there. This year was no exception, had a great time. There were a couple of hiccups like one of the two door keys were given didn’t work, the sliding screen door would not stay on its track, and the sun shade on the lanai would not go down. Other than that we had a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first family get away as a family and this condo was perfect for it. It was well maintained inside/out, quick to respond when sink grinder broke, and did I mention it's got a mini private beach that has turtles hanging around every day! My kids had so much fun! As did I! I even got to go spearfishing! Catch and cook with the grill they provided! Over all very happy with the condo!😁🌴🌺

This has been our only Hawaii destination for years.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Lokelani C106 many times for two week visits. It's a cozy little spot with everything you need, including surf sounds 24/7 and stairs to the beach right in front across the lawn, a bright living space, two TVs, A/C in the bedroom, and a full kitchen to cook up every meal. You get no foot traffic because that end of the property has no through-walkway. It's all so peaceful. We already have reservations for 2023.

Amazing apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views, a few steps to the beach full of turtles, great location, had everything we needed and was very clean. A few things that weren't so great: You can hear stumps from anyone walking in the apartment upstairs.. I guess you get used to it. The bed mattress is too soft and it sinks in, my boyfriend slept a few times in the couch because of this. Even with these cons, I'd come back 1000%

Two Condos - 10 days

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: C102 and C 106. Both were well cared for and clean. C102 held 4 people and all was well but the bedroom was hot and could be noisy with people running down the stairs from the second floor. C106 had none of those problems and was just perfect for 2 of the people. Both units needed fan that worked, a few lightbulbs here and there, otherwise, no problems at all.

Our 12th visit to Lokilani

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Lokilani 12 times at least. Always ground level 1 bedroom units. We even rented a second floor unit two years ago for our children celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. This year our stay was different. We rented a at had water intrusion and management was aware of it. After 6 days we couldn’t take the smell of mold anymore. They worked with us but we had to move two more times in our stay. I wish they could have informed us ahead of time about leak in unit. I love Lokilani but this year it was disappointing. I would still recommend it because the location is perfect. I will return.
Response from VrboOwner on 29 July 2023
Aloha Susan, Unfortunately sometimes these things happen and are beyond human control Upon your arrival at the condo we did let you know there was a water leak and as we had just discovered it. You told us you would like to stay anyway and we set up a plumber to have it fixed upon your departure. Although, when you called and changed your mind and wanted to move we promptly moved you and did the best we could to accommodate you still staying at Lokelani. Also offering you other options in nearby condos. Its unfortunate this happened and not ideal but it was unavoidable and now all fixed. Our apologies.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying at Lakeland Condos. The location could not have been better; the easy access to the beach, the view of Lanai & Molokai, the seclusion, the sea turtles, the snorkeling, etc. There was nothing about our stay to complain about. It was perfect!
