A LITTLE ABOUT THIS CONDO...
Lokelani C106 offers the sound of the waves is very soothing and this location is ideal. The water is right outside your double lanai doors. The nearly private beach is just steps away for snorkeling and swimming with the turtles and fish. Everything you need is within walking distance so you could go days without getting in your car. . This unit has a great, quiet location, being the north end unit, closest to the beach access. It’s also the only one bedroom with an extra side window to expand your view. You can sit on your lanai and not see anyone or any buildings — just the ocean and the beautiful views, including the sun setting directly in front —– right between the islands of Molokai and Lanai.
We are looking forward to you coming and enjoying our beautiful island.

WHERE ARE WE....
We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. Walk down the road for fresh fish tacos, 50 more feet or so and try one of the food trucks! (which is conveniently close to the condo!)
We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.

We are looking forward to you coming and enjoying our beautiful island.


COME SEE ALL MAUI HAS TO OFFER!!
A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

Turtles on the beach

Very nice property! Had breakfast here every morning and watched the whales in the distance. Sea turtles hung out on the adjoining beach several of the days we were there, and even napped on the beach.

Bree’s apartment was fantastic, right on the water, with a/c in the bedroom and everything else we wanted. She was super responsive and helpful, particularly when we mistakenly thought we’d forgotten something in the unit!

The complex is small which gives a home-y feel. It’s also very quiet. The end unit made a wonderful cross breeze. Also, the end unit made the lanai open on one side which made it feel that much more open. The decor was lovely! The furniture is very comfy, especially the king bed. Plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was fantastic! The location of this place is phenomenal, very low key, just what we hoped for. And RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Hearing the waves is so calming. The beach is swimmable and good for snorkeling. The beach sunsets views are perfection! Of all the places we could stay, we will choose this place, every time.

It was so well stocked with everything you could need, from all types of kitchen appliances and BBQ tools (we bbq’d one night right outside our lanai), to a bathroom with not only toiletries but hair dryer, curling iron, regular hair iron, a first aid kit. We noticed the shower pooled a bit on the first day and so we called to let them know and within 5 minutes someone was there snaking the drain. The condo also had coolers, beach chairs, and a bucket with beach toys. The mattress in the bedroom and in the sofa bed were so incredibly comfortable that they both felt brand new. The ac in the bedroom cooled well. The view was spectacular! The sunsets were beautiful! We were able to snorkel and saw more fish there than in any of the other snorkeling spots we went to in 3 different islands. The box of chocolates was a nice welcome touch. It was by far our favorite and can’t wait to go back!

It was well maintained inside/out, quick to respond when sink grinder broke, and did I mention it's got a mini private beach that has turtles hanging around every day! My kids had so much fun! As did I! I even got to go spearfishing! Catch and cook with the grill they provided! Over all very happy with the condo!😁🌴🌺

It's a cozy little spot with everything you need, including surf sounds 24/7 and stairs to the beach right in front across the lawn, a bright living space, two TVs, A/C in the bedroom, and a full kitchen to cook up every meal. You get no foot traffic because that end of the property has no through-walkway. It's all so peaceful. We already have reservations for 2023.

A few things that weren't so great: You can hear stumps from anyone walking in the apartment upstairs.. I guess you get used to it. The bed mattress is too soft and it sinks in, my boyfriend slept a few times in the couch because of this. Even with these cons, I'd come back 1000%

Two Condos - 10 days

C102 held 4 people and all was well but the bedroom was hot and could be noisy with people running down the stairs from the second floor. C106 had none of those problems and was just perfect for 2 of the people.Both units needed fan that worked, a few lightbulbs here and there, otherwise, no problems at all.

Our 12th visit to Lokilani

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Lokilani 12 times at least. Always ground level 1 bedroom units. We even rented a second floor unit two years ago for our children celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. This year our stay was different. We rented a at had water intrusion and management was aware of it. After 6 days we couldn’t take the smell of mold anymore. They worked with us but we had to move two more times in our stay. I wish they could have informed us ahead of time about leak in unit. I love Lokilani but this year it was disappointing. I would still recommend it because the location is perfect. I will return.

Excellent location, older condo

The views were beautiful. Location was great. The condo itself was extremely old and kind of dirty. One of the days the water was shut off the whole morning due to some construction. Owner was very good and responsive.
