Comfortable, Spacious House Perfect for Families & Friend Groups. Beach Access.

Permit #02PROV004 -Plum Tree Cottage is a welcoming Cape Cod style home. It has three bedrooms, three baths (a total of about 2000 square feet), and easy access to our private beach. The house is furnished with comfort in mind.
The downstairs has a full kitchen, a large living/dining room with hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining bath. The two upstairs bedrooms have king beds, dormered alcoves, and each has a private full bath.
There are outside decks on three sides of the house with provisions for outside dining. There is TV, DVD and radio, as well as a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Plum Tree Cottage is ideal for family groups or 2 couples to share (maximum occupancy seven people).

We are a legally permitted local business. Permit #02PROV004.

Tranquil vacation spot

The Plum Tree house was an excellent place to stay on Orcas Island. It is in a very tranquil, green and rustic area with good hiking. Our hosts Betsy & Jim were delightful.

Wonderful beautiful house

We had a great time. The properly is located near Moran State Park close to beautiful forests and hiking trails. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. Fantastic hotsts! We’d love to come back.

September perfection!

My mother and husband and I stayed for a week to explore the island at our own pace. The house was exactly as advertised and we found it to be perfectly cozy, safe and sanitary. The private little house had everything we needed for our dinners "in", (we made spaghetti) and lots of good breakfasts including eggs and pancakes. End of season restaurants were difficult to find for reliable meals, so having a well stocked kitchen (we brought our own ingredients) was a godsend. Delightful location, pristine private beach, and all the good island air we were hoping for. Looking forward to coming back someday.

Restful stay in a lovely home with great beach access

This spacious house in a very quiet part of Orcas Island met our family's needs very well. The multiple baths were very welcome with so many adults. Beds were comfy, linens nice and plentiful. Beach access is very close, and it's a nice spot. Too cool for us to really use the decks much, but they are nice. Great location for people like us who like to hike- the park is right next door
