It is very close to Mercato restaurant community, which is less than a mile and approximately 5 miles from Coconut point shopping area.

I am a Canadian who lives in a suburb of Toronto who likes to travel. I had been to Naples many times and love the golf and beach, as well as the shopping and fantastic weather. I decided to buy a place this year which I can only go to occasionally as I am still working full time

Why they chose this property

North Naples has fantastic beaches and a beautiful evening scene at Mercato. There are fantastic golf courses in the area and the area is very active with runners and biking.

What makes this property unique

The coach home is very reminiscent of a barbadoes home and in a boutique gated community with great amenities if you like golf, fishing and access to the beach. 3 community pools including one 6 units down from my unit complete with hot tub.
