It also includes (1) designated covered parking spot and plenty visitor parking, and free internet service.

Condo Approval required. Allow 2 weeks for processing.
Tenants need to fill out an application and pay a fee, required by management, prior to contract. The fees are included in the rate. This ensures your safety as well as the safety of your neighbors.

Wonderful location!

Paul and Lisa were wonderful hosts. We were a one mile walk on a beautiful path to the beach. Other guests and residents were very welcoming and friendly. A nice little community feel.

Hosts very Accommodating

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Poor view from porch…could only use smaller of the two pools.

Great location close to the beach

Condo was just a mile walk to the beach via sidewalks which was nice because parking by the beach was full pretty early each day we were there. We were the first people to stay in the condo and everything looked pretty much brand new. Nice quiet area, would stay there again.
