Apartment was clean and tidy and staff were friendly. The only thing I’d point out is that it is not located where it says on the map on Expedia. Still not a bad location at all just took a while to find as it was not where we thought it was. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Lovely Place with Amazing Views

Absolutely stunning views from the windows and a great spot. A lovely, clean apartment. The secure garage was a really handy addition for storing my bike (although my car was an estate so wouldn't fit, but there was plenty of parking near). I have marked down slightly as it said there was wifi and a laundry room we could use and it didn't have either. I misred that towels were provided and they were not - this was likely my error and I had my own towel anyway, but it also meant there was no bathmat, which I would never think of packing. The shower was nice but impossible not to leak on the floor so we sacrificed some clothes to avoid damage. The check in was fine but I marked it down a little as the host said they would send the number of the person we were to meet and didn't, so it was a little unclear if they would be there and where to go when we got there. The block does not look that inviting to wander round. Once we found the room they were waiting there and there were no problems other than the language barrier, but that's our fault for not speaking French. We exchanged numbers and checking out was then easy. I'd happily choose to stay here again, but the information needs to change so that you are not expecting wifi and laundry!

Appartement très confortable (nous étions 5 adultes) et bien conçu, avec beaucoup de rangement, proche du centre de la station et du Palais des Congrès, pistes également facilement accessibles.Nous avons été très bien renseignés et accueillis par l'hôte Claudine qui est disponible, facilement joignable, et arrangeante. Amazing property A+++ Stay!

This is a wonderful property in a beautiful ski resort town. Don't hesitate before booking. Claudine takes the best care to make it a comfortable stay the apartment is very thoughtfully appointed. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Well appointed apartment in a quiet location close to the Alp Express lift to the slopes

The apartment is comfortable and has two shower rooms which was great for our party of five. The view from the balcony and first level window is incredible. It took us only 10 minutes to get to the main lift area at Bergers and it is only a 10 minute walk to the Main Street in the resort. Parking spaces can be hard to come by but we got lucky with one outside the building shortly after arrival. I would recommend this apartment and Claudine was very helpful with fast communication and great local recommendations for ski instructors and ski hire.

Perfect base for a wonderful week of skiing!

We have just returned from a wonderful week of skiing. The apartment is ideally situated for the lifts and there is a supermarket, ski shops and restaurants about 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was perfect for our family of five and had all the facilities we needed for the week. The best bit is the incredible view of the mountains and valley from the living room and main bedroom - simply amazing! Claudine was a great host - she met us upon our arrival and communication was excellent throughout the booking process. We really felt that this was ‘home from home’ and would highly recommend it for a stay in Alpe d’Huez. Hopefully, we will return very soon.

Fantastic and Comfortable Apartment!

We had a fantastic family holiday and Claudine made everything easy right from the booking process through to our arrival. She was there to meet us and very kindly showed me around the area before leaving us to our own devices. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is in a very quiet area of the resort. The ski slopes are only a short walk away with the main town about an easy 10 minute walk. In good snow conditions you can ski right down to the ski room. The apartment has its own ski locker. The apartment is fantastic with three floors. First floor has everything that you need, bunk beds, sofa bed, toilet, bath, shower along with full kitchen facilities, tv, dvd player and balcony. The second floor has another toilet and shower room along with two single beds. The third floor which we didn’t use has a double mattress. I would definitely recommend this apartment in any season and would like to thank Claudine for letting us stay and hopefully will visit again in the future.

Great apartment with fantastic view over the alps!

We are a family of five from Sweden that spent a wonderful week in the aparment. We especially appreciated the nice welcoming with cake and home made gele, the spectacular view, close by bakery for buying morning bread and easy access to the slopes! Strongly recommed, Johan Persson with family

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, vue splendide

Nous étions 5 adultes et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement en contrebas de la station mais dont l'accès au centre est simple et rapide, ainsi que l'accès aux pistes, grâce aux nombreuses infrastructures de la station (navettes gratuites, télésiège des Bergers, telecentre gratuit....) et ce même en pleine période de vacances scolaires. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et équipé et en excellent état. Un vrai plaisir ! Les contacts avec la propriétaire ont été très conviviaux, rapides et efficaces.

De trés belles vacances sur l'Alpes d'Huez

Nous sommes arrivés en famille (3 adultes et 2 enfants ) dans cette station que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Tout d'abord, accueil très agréable par la propriétaire qui est de la région et connait la station mais aussi le domaine skiable comme sa poche visiblement! Puis découverte d'un appartement duplex qui a ravi les enfants car possibilité pour eux d'occuper seuls la mezzanine . De plus, l'intérieur était très propre et soigné , avec tout le confort nécessaire en terme d'appareils électroménager , télévision, lecteur DVD ... L'accés aux pistes se fait soit via des navettes (trés fréquentes ) , soit via un télésiège, se situant à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Nombreux commerces (location ski, boutique pour achat des forfaits, traiteur, supermarché ) et restaurants à 5 minutes également de l'appartement. Enfin, il y a une superbe piste de luge qui raviront les jeunes et les moins jeunes juste à côté de la résidence . Pour résumé, un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons !

Excellent séjour dans un appartement confortable

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement à 6 (4 adultes et 2 enfants) idéalement situé au pied des pistes et proche de tous les commerces (boulangerie, épicerie, boucherie, location de skis, ESF pour achat des forfaits de ski, restaurants), dans un quartier calme avec une vue imprenable sur les Alpes. L'appartement est très bien entretenu et très propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire (lave vaisselle, four, cafetière, télévision, lecteur DVD). La propriétaire nous a très bien conseillé quant aux activités disponibles dans la station (piscine découverte chauffée, palais des sports, patinoire...) et nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants ! Je recommande vivement cette location qui possède un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Allez-y ! Vous ne serez pas déçus!

"Nous somme revenus cette année, comme « le retour à la maison », toujours aussi agréable et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi gentils et disponibles. Nous avons apprécié également le garage qui est compris dans le prix de la location. Très bon rapport/qualité/prix. A deux pas de l’immeuble, par un accès d’ascenseur, on retrouve un petit centre commercial avec les magasins de location de ski, le bureau d’acheter des forfaits, une superette, des restaurants…, aussi la remontée mécanique. En empruntant les raccourcis piétons, il est très facile de joindre le centre de la station pour toutes les activités comme piscine, patinoire, et aussi le quartier des bergers. La luge nocturne à deux pas de l’immeuble faisait un grand plaisir aux enfants. Nous pensons déjà à revenir l’année prochaine. "
