“Santacroce 52” is a picturesque and confortable apartament .It is on the ground floor of a old florentine fourtheenth – century building which was restored in the 2007 and it has got a separated entrance.
The apartment is 73 mq with tiling floor and reftered ceiling and it proving accomodation for five people.
It consists of: an hall, a cooking area, a spacious livingroom with a sofa bed, a double room (there’re two beds which you can joint or separate as you wish), an intermediate floor with a single bed, bathroom with shower and bidet.

Terrific apartment, nice location!

This was a spacious and comfortable apartment, with excellent air conditioning and well furnished. Fabio was a terrific host. We especially liked the neighborhood, at the border of Santa Croce and San Ambrogio -- it's a quarter that still houses actual Florentines, and the stores sell things like groceries, rather than model Duomos and leather handbags. Very convenient to everything as well. I would gladly stay here again.

Todo muy bien, sin sorpresas de última hora, la comunicación vía watsap bien pero por el idioma habían algunos malentendidos, Pero todo genial y la persona encargada del alojamiento ( Fabio) muy atento!!!!👍🏻👍🏻

La struttura è ubicata in un posto strategico per visitare Firenze a piedi: si raggiungono in una decina di minuti, o poco più, i luoghi più suggestivi della città. La casa è accogliente ed è circondata da tutti i negozi/ristoranti utili a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Unica pecca è la mancanza di un posto auto annesso alla struttura. Consigliatissimo!

Wonderful Location and ideal for exploring Florence

We chose this apartment for it’s location, having been to Florence before. Fabio was very helpful when greeting us at the apartment and always available via phone or text throughout our stay. We will no doubt use this apartment again in the future.

Nice stay in Florence

We were three students staying in Florence for the weekend. Fabio’s apartment was comfortable and in a safe, convenient location. Fabio was a wonderful host, accommodating and easy to work with. We loved Florence!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wunderbare Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe von Santa Croce, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nur wenige Gehminuten zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Florenz. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, insgesamt ein wundervoller Aufenthalt!

Confortevole, ottima posizione

L'appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione anche a piedi, è sito al piano terra, è accogliente e confortevole, pulito e fornito di ciò che serve. E' a un minuto da Santa Croce. Un ottimo punto di partenza per la visita della città. In zona ci sono ristoranti e negozi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e flessibile con gli orari.

Lovely place right in the middle of it all

Beautiful apartment in the not-so-touristy Santa Croce neighborhood. The neighborhood is vibrant, full of little surprises, all the treasures everyone wants to see are really close, too. Fabio does a great job looking after things, we felt nicely taken care of. Highly recommended!

Great apartment for foodies!

This apartment is extremely central, and the space worked well for our family of four. The kitchen is well-stocked--we were able to shop at the wonderful Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio (a must-visit market for every foodie) and cook dinner in the apartment. The noise from the busy street did not turn out to be an issue. There is a small deli, bakery, and coffee shop nearby. This apartment is literally steps away from the Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio, lots of great restaurants, and many of the most popular tourist sights. Niccolo was prompt, helpful, and responsive. Thank you!

Very nice and clean apartment on a very good location in Frenze. It is perfect for 3-4 people. Located close to the city center so visiting was very easy to do. Fabio was very helpfull and informed us well about the apartment, Firenze, local market and the shopping near by. Thank you, Fabio - if we come back to Firenze, we will try to stay here again.

Nice centrally located apartment, ideal for a couple with up to two children. Clean, good wi-fi and Fabio is very helpful. It has air conditioning but no washing machine, kitchen well equipped. However the apartment is situated on a busy road and even with double glazed windows the noise is heard till the early hours of the morning. Melbourne Australia

"Very nice apartment that...

"Very nice apartment that is well equipped, up to date and clean. Great location in Florence. Every amenity is nearby. Owner also provides cooking essentials like oil, salt, sugar..even a little coffee. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine. There is even wifi. Its in a city so it is noisey and you should expect it to be...bring your ear plugs....its on the first floor on a well traveled street. Parking is tough but there is a garage that''s less than 5 minutes walk. Owner is very helpful before and during the visit."

"The owner is very personable, quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment is as advertised. I was impressed with the level of cleaniness, even the loft ceiling was very clean. The loft bedroom has a lower ceiling so a tall person would not be comfortable there. I am on the short side and it was fine. Florence is a noisy city even at night, so beware that there is street noise. Light sleepers will need earplugs. Everything in the apartment worked well and when we had an issue with the hair dryer, the owner immediately came by with a replacement."

"L''appartement est conforme aux photos et à la description faite par le propriétaire. L''accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux. L''appartement est bien équipé et propre ce qui est fort agréable. Il est très bien situé à proximité de Santa Croce mais aussi très proche des sites incontournables de la ville. il se trouve également à proximité d''un supermarché du marché de San Ambrogio donc parfait pour les petites courses journalières. il donne sur une rue passante donc assez bruyante pour ceux que le bruit dérange. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons très bientôt!"

"Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (z.B. Elektrobus C2 vom Bahnhof) schnell erreichbar. Sie hat eine wirklich ideale Lage - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Läden sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit auch für ältere Leute "erlaufbar". Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das lag auch an dem freundlichen und sympathischen Vermieter Fabio, der uns gute Tipps für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. gegeben hat. Jederzeit wieder - it is a good place to stay for a long or short trip to this wonderfull town!"
