La Toscane est une superbe région Étonnés quand la propriétaire a pris des photos de nos cartes d identité Pas de micro onde , hotte cassée, réfrigérateur ne marchant pas , ventilateur du plafond du salon dangereux donc non utilisé Douche petite, planche de wc bancale, quasi pas de lumière ds la salle de bain Chambres correctes Heureusement il y avait des moustiquaires et un wifi très bon Beau jardin

Entspannter Urlaub in der Toskana

Das großzügige Haus auf einem großen Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen. In ca. 15 Minuten waren wir entweder im schönen Bagno Milano, wo uns ein Sonnenschirm und Liegen von unserer Gastgeberin zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, oder am langen Naturstrand in Torre di Lago. Schöne Ausflüge u. a. nach Pisa, Lucca, Florenz oder in die Appuanischen Alpen machten den Urlaub rund. Auch Pietrasanta ist zu erwähnen. Der Ort, den viele Künstler prägen, hat sich in den letzten zwanzig Jahren schön entwickelt. Es gibt einige schöne Restaurants in den umliegenden nahen Orten, die zu entdecken sind. Die Pizzeria im Ort, können wir empfehlen. Unser besonderer Dank gilt unserer Gastgeberin Cinzia, die uns ein Haus zur Verfügung gestellt hat, das wir gern auch länger als 17 Tage genutzt hätten, wenn man mehr Urlaub hätte.

Casa vacanze ottima!

Grazie a Cinzia abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza in Versilia! La casa è grande (perfetta per due familglie con bambini) e l'enorme giardino privato con tanto di gazebo e barbeque non ci ha fatto rimpiangere le uscite serali, anzi! La zona è molto tranquilla e anche se dista 15 Min dal mare ci ha permesso di riposare nel silenzio della campagna toscana. Un ringraziamento speciale ai ragazzi del Bagno Milano (compreso nell'affitto della casa), molto attenti e simpaticissimi. Che dire, a trovarne di posti (e persone) così! A presto!

Erholamer Urlaub in großem Ferienhaus

Cinzia ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Übergabe bei Ankunft war unkompliziert. Sie zeigte uns danach Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und den kürzesten Weg nach Viareggio zum Strand, an dem sie einen Lido bewirtschaftet und dort 2 Liegestühle unter einem Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung stehen. Cinzia hält viele Vorschläge für schöne Ausflüge bereit, die wir gerne angenommen haben. Wir wohnten zu viert als Familie mit einem großen Hund in dem Haus, der abgeschlossene Garten ist großflächig mit Schattenplätzen, unser Hund fand es toll! Von dort aus kann man kleinere Spaziergänge in die Landschaft unternehmen. Zu jeder Zeit kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen, man sollte nur genügend Repellentien besitzen , um die Stechmücken abzuwehren.Die Anbindung nach Viareggio und Lucca ist schnell und einfach. In die nördlichen Berglandschaften gelangt man auch unterhalb 1Stunde, dort lässt es sich schön wandern. Florenz liegt 70 min entfernt, kurzum, das Ferienhaus liegt strategisch günstig, um die umliegenden Städte zu besichtigen oder mal einen Strandbesuch einzuplanen. Allerdings dürfen Hunde nicht direkt an den Strand Bagno Milano, es gibt aber schöne freie Strände bzw. Hundestrände in Torre del Lago Puccini mit eingezäunten Bereichen. In Piano di Conca gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei/Delikatessenladen, die unserer Tochter sogar eine Geburtstagstorte gebacken haben, sowie eine Metzgerei und eine klasse Pizzeria! Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen gemütlich eingerichtet, sogar Klimaanlagen in den Schlaftimmern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Soggiorno in famiglia

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia, la casa è pulita e spaziosa come si vede in foto. I letti sono comodi, ha due bei bagni e la cucina è ben attrezzata. L ‘ambiente è fresco, non abbiamo mai usato il condizionatore in Agosto! Molto bello il giro a piedi fino al parco archeologico di buca delle fate, per chi ama le lunghe lunghe passeggiate in collina! Oppure in 20 min di macchina si arriva al mare della Versilia.

Magnifica casa ai piedi del colle

La casa e' semplicemente magnifica. Spaziosa e comfortevole e' posizionata in un angolo tranquillissimo di Piano di Conca. Il giardino e' enorme. In 15 minuti di macchina si raggiunge il mare. A piedi si possono raggiungere diversi sentieri e passaggiare sui colli circostanti. La host Cinzia e' gentilissima e sempre molto disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente e posso davvero raccomandare questa abitazione!

Vacanza Tranquilla immersa nel Verde

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per un weekend. La casa è spaziosa,accogliente e ben accessoriata con un bel giardino, posizionata in collina quindi tranquillissima. Abbastanza vicino dal centro di Viareggio, circa 15 minuti in macchina. La proprietaria è gentile e molto disponibile.

wonderful relaxing house

Beatiful 'villa' in the countryside equipped with premium comfort (TV LED, sky, large rooms, amazing garden). I loved my vacation, the house is relaxing and silent with a beautiful garden. Cinzia, the owner, is an exquisite person and included in the price there is the possibility to have sunbeds and umbrella at Bagno Milano private beach in Viareggio very close to the city center. I suggest the house for whom is seeking a right equilibriun between seaside, nature, relax and art culture.

Non avendo una piscina nel giardino della villa, ospito i miei clienti presso la spiaggia di Viareggio dove hanno a disposizione sdraio lettini ed ombrellone oltre a tutti i servizi di sorveglianza ed intrattenimento offerti dal ns staff.
