Very spacious apartment with air-conditioning, located in a very calm and safe area, all facing the swimming-pool, big terrace overlooking the swimming-pool, great for kids, uncovered closed parking spaces, no car required, easy access to everything within walking distance. Approx. 10 minutes walking distance to beach a 5 minutes to commercial facilities (small shopping centre), close to a big take-away restaurant. A 5 minute walk away from the famous Oura Strip, with great night life, the most animated in Portugal.
The apartment has new plumbing and also a new bathroom.

Rude owner and when we said we wanted the property she changed the price! We paid her to clean it and it was filthy. Stuff broken as well

great little apartment

hi just loved this apartment, so clean and had everything we needed , a real home from home, especially loved the shared pool to cool off in the hot weather . location is about 5 -10 mins from strip and 20- 25 mins from old town but you can get tourist train at roundabout (5 mins from apartment) having stayed in albufiera for the past 8 years my husband & I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Un appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous louons cet appartement, il est près du centre ville (au calme) et très bien équipé. Nous le recommandons. De plus les propriétaires sont des gens charmants.
