Wonderful.We were there with our dogto celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.We wanted it to be special, and it was!This house has a stunning location, nestled in the Marche hills, with a view of the historic center of Ostra from the garden. The garden was fully fenced, and our dog could run around freely. The pool was also very nice. The house was neat and stylishly decorated.Francesco and Giulia are excellent hosts. They give you all the privacy you need, but if you need them, they're always there for you. They're incredibly pleasant to work with. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful holiday.Best, Anja and Mari

Molto positiva sotto molti punti di vista. Il padrone di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Unico neo gli insetti, che hanno complicato non poco la vacanza. Questo per spiegare l'assenza delle due stelle che mancano per il massimo dei voti.

Fijne plek om LeMarche te ontdekken

Woning was prima. Alles schoon en nieuw. Beperkte ruimte met 5 personen, maar voldoende omdat je toch buiten leeft. Fijn terras en moestuin om je eigen tomaten te plukken. Airco was noodzakelijk met de extreme hitte deze week.

Lovely house for a perfect holiday

A lovely and spacious house with private swimmingpool just outside Ostra. A perfect location: in a quiet environment, with a lot of privacy, but with serveral nice cities, beaches etc nearby. The owner, Lidia, is a very friendly woman who made us feel very welcome! We definitely want to come back another time.

La casa è bellissima, immersa nel verde e tenuta in ottime condizioni. Pulita, ordinata e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La piscina è pulita e ben tenuta. Il panorama mozzafiato rende il tutto perfetto.

Un'oasi di verde sulle colline marchigiane

Villa Oleandri a Ostra è veramente un piccolo paradiso. Il giardino è meraviglioso, curato e ricco di angoli pittoreschi. La piscina, il barbecue, i giochi per i bimbi, le stesse piante - tutto è pensato in modo impeccabile. L'abitazione è dotata di tutti i comfort e nonostante lo spazio fosse un po' al limite per cinque adulti, è strutturata in maniera estremamente funzionale. Per finire, si gode di un panorama stupendo sulle colline marchigiane, in un'oasi di verde e di tranquillità.

Très belle propriété

Belle maison, bel environnement. Maison bien adaptée pour 7 personnes. La vue sur Ostra incite à la contemplation et à la sérénité. La piscine est un atout indéniable. Il Paradiso Villa oleandra Ostra

Villa oleandra di Ostra è il paradiso! A dire il vero le foto non rendono giustizia al posto. La casa è molto confortevole, arredata con cura e gusto, non manca niente. il giardino è molto grande e la vista meravigliosa e riposante. Al nostro arrivo la padrona di casa ci ha accolto con grande cordialità e ha illustrato le caratteristiche della casa che era immacolata, avevi l'impressione di essere il primo ospite in una casa appena restaurata. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la qualità della biancheria: lenzuola e asciugamani. Lidia, la padrona di casa era a pochi passi nella casa vicina e è stata sempre molto disponibile, anche se tutto era perfetto e non abbiamo avuto bisogno del suo aiuto. Il paese di Ostra è molto carino, raccolto nelle sue mura, persone affabili e una piccola trattoria con cucina casalinga del territorio veramente apprezzabile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo fatto belle escursioni dato che si trova in una posizione chiave per andare a Senigallia, Fano, Grotte di frasassi, Fabriano e Urbino. Consiglierei questo immobile a tutti e in particolare alle persone a cui voglio bene e che apprezzano il buon gusto e il comfort

La casa è molto confortev...

La casa è molto confortevole, ben ristrutturata e si trova in una posizione molto piacevole fra le prime colline marchigiane a ridosso della costa. Gli spazi esterni sono molto ampi e ben curati e la piscina è una soluzione perfetta che ti consente di rilassarti e prendere il sole senza dover andare necessariamente al mare. Il contensto è piacevolem e anche il paese distante crica un chilometro è caratteristico e circondato da antiche mura perfettamente conservate.

"Belle maison traditionnelle avec tout le confort souhaitable ou presque. Ne manque qu''un four micro-onde mais ce n''est rien. La présence de la climatisation est un vrai plus. L''environnement et la vue sont splendides Et la piscine extra. Mais attention avec les jeunes enfants car il n''y a pas de système de sécurité et la profonduer unique est de 1,50m. Enfin, cela n''est pas très clair sur la fiche descriptive, mais la maison est équipée d''une salle de bain (avec baignoireà et d''une seule salle d''eau. La propriétaire, Lydia, est sympa et disponible."

"All''arrivo alla villetta siamo rimasti positivamente sorpresi in quanto si e'' rivelata ancora piu'' bella rispetto alla descrizione presente in internet. Dotazione completa sia all''interno della casa con un arredamento molto piacevole e ricco di accessori (come essere a casa propria), zona molto riservata, un panorama stupendo ed un giardino molto curato e ricco di colori e profumi, non da meno la piscina con i suoi spazi annessi comprensivi di sdraio, sedie, tavolini, ombrelloni. L''unica pecca: dover partire finito il soggiorno che e'' risultato veramente perfetto. Un''esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo in quanto la villa e'' ubicata in una zona ricca di storia e luoghi interessanti da visitare a pochi chilometri. "

"la casa possiede tutti i requisiti elencati nella scheda descrittiva:ben attrezzata di tutti i confort,pulita,una splendida piscina e una indimenticabile vista sui campi di girasole e grano ,da gustarsi con una buona tazza di caffè alla mattina e al tramonto.La tranquillità che si respira ha permesso a me e alla mia famiglia di trascorrere 2 bellissime settimane di vero relax .La disponibilità della proprietaria , la sig.ra Lidia ,della sua famiglia e dei suoi collaboratori è sempre stata tempestiva e discreta .La casa gode di una buona posizione, poichè si trova a pochi kilometri da bellissimi centri storici e grazziosi paesini (la stessa Ostra vicino a casa ne è un esempio )inoltre le spiagge si raggiungono velocemente .La possibilità data dai proprietari nell'accettare i cani ci ha permesso di trascorrere le vacanze con il nostro ormai inseparabile cucciolo Penny,anche lei ha potuto apprezzare il delizioso giardino che circonda la casa!"
