Schönes Haus mit großer Terrasse, die ĂŒber 4 große Treppenstufen erreichbar ist, allerdings ohne GelĂ€nder, auf einem sehr großen umzĂ€unten GrundstĂŒck. FĂŒr Hunde ideal. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sauber und gemĂŒtlich. In den Ort kann man in ca. 25 min. laufen. Der Pools ist sehr schön und groß, man sollte unbedingt den Chlorgehalt im Auge behalten. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Haus- vielen Dank!

L'extĂ©rieur parfait un cadre trĂšs agrĂ©able, la piscine gĂ©niale, le jardin idĂ©al avec un chien, oĂč ça se gĂąte c'est l'intĂ©rieur, la cuisine une odeur nausĂ©abonde en arrivant, des toiles d'araignĂ©es dans le placard des casseroles, des accessoires rouillĂ©s dans le tiroir Ă  couverts, pas un seul placard disponible pour y ranger nos courses. PoignĂ©e de porte fenĂȘtre cuisine qui ne tient pas.Dans la salle de bain joint de paroi de douche pas Ă©tanche.Un seul ventilateur pour 100 m2, en pleine canicule c'est trĂšs trĂšs insuffisant. Des prises de courant Ă  la limite de la sĂ©curitĂ©.On sent bien que la maison n'est plus habitĂ©e depuis longtemps, elle ne sert qu'Ă  la location saisonniĂšre.Nous avons malgrĂ© tout passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances en famille

Der Garten ist groß und der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Das kann man vom Haus leider nicht sagen. Bei der Ankunft waren Essensreste in der SpĂŒle, das WC war nicht gereinigt, ebenso der Boden. Das Haus hatte einen muffigen Geruch, den wir auch mit LĂŒften nicht loswerden konnten. Bad und Wohnzimmer sind schön, Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung. Die KĂŒche ist unordentlich, die Schubladen schmutzig. In der zweiten Nacht hatten wir Besuch von einer Maus im KĂŒchenschrank. Wir hatten fĂŒr den Preis ganz klar etwas Besseres erwartet. Das ganze Anwesen wirkt ungepflegt.

De grote charme van het huis is dat alles gelijkvloers is en de grote tuin, omringd door huizen met nog veel grotere tuinen. Dus rust, stilte, privacy en veel vogelgezang. Alle vertrekken hebben glazen openslaande deuren wat veel licht geeft. Nadeel is de veel te volle keuken kasten. Alles stond door elkaar zodat je niets kunt vinden en je eigen spullen niet kwijt kunt. We bleven 3 weken dus ik heb ze opgeruimd. Er is geen föhn en handdoeken zijn niet standaard inbegrepen. Als je dat niet van tevoren weet heb je een probleem. De eigenaren doen er alles aan het je naar de zin te maken en het echtpaar Jean Claude en Sylvette die voor de verzorging en de schoonmaak zorgen zijn schatten

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Gegend

Wir konnten hier einen sehr schönen ruhigen Familienurlaub mit 6 Personen verbringen. Das GrundstĂŒck ist riesengroß mit vielen schattenspendenden BĂ€umen. Im Garten befindet sich ein großer Pool (mit elektronischem Kinderalarm gesichert) mit ausreichend Liegen zum Ausruhen. Im Haus findet sich alles, was man fĂŒr eine große Familie braucht. Alles ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert und mit einem großen Unterschrank versehen. In den Schlafzimmern stehen große SchrĂ€nke, somit ist es gar kein Problem seine Sachen unterzubringen. Einzig die SchranktĂŒren ließen sich nicht so gut schieben, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Auf der großen Terrasse lassen sich wunderbar alle Mahlzeiten einnehmen, auch dank der großen Markise, die vor der prallen Sonne schĂŒtzt. Auch am GemĂŒsegarten durften wir uns bedienen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Perigord und konnten von hier aus sehr viele schöne Unternehmungen machen. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier Urlaub machen durften.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour dans cette belle rĂ©gion que nous affectionnons tout particuliĂšrement. ProximitĂ© des commerces et de la ville ainsi que des nombreux sites touristiques. Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, avec de belles chambres bien Ă©quipĂ©es en rangement et placards, belle terrasse pour profiter des repas, cuisine avec tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires et beaucoup de vaisselle, barbecue extĂ©rieur, machine Ă  laver, lave vaisselle, sĂšche linge et mĂȘme un congĂ©lateur. Un grand canapĂ© d’angle pour profiter, regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision ou simplement siester. (Équipement Ă©galement pour bĂ©bĂ©, cheminĂ©e et wifi) Un trĂšs joli parc avec une belle piscine bien entretenue et trĂšs bien exposĂ©e avec nombreuses chaises longues autour. Le couple en charge de notre accueil et dĂ©part est trĂšs sympathique et bienveillant. Nos lits Ă©taient prĂȘts Ă  l’arrivĂ©e ! TrĂšs bons couchages. pas envie de partir du lieu !

nous avons passé une tres agréable semaine à la maison. nous avons pu profiter des balades à disposition dans le coin, des lieux de visites et de bons restaurants et adresses gastronomiques !! La maison est tres pratique. il est juste dommage de ne pouvoir accéder que par un seul cÎté de la maison (cÎté opposé à la piscine). merci !!

Superb, peaceful place to stay.

We were so pleased to have been able to stay at this lovely home. This is the best-equipped güte I have ever stayed in! Three different coffee machines plus a kettle for the coffee aficionados and plenty of crockery and cutlery meant you didn’t have to wash up after every meal but just use the dishwasher once a day. Catherine supplies nearly everything so you just need to bring clothes, towels and toiletries. We were there during the heatwave so the pool was a delightful place to be. This house is in such a beautiful, peaceful location and Catherine was very welcoming and even supplied us with home grown vegetables - yes, there’s a veg plot at the property from which you help yourself. Everything is well looked after and both the house and pool were spotlessly clean. The huge garden has plenty of tall trees for shade and the house has an awning to keep the sun off the patio in the morning and shutters on all the bedroom windows which are currently in help keep it cool. The supermarkets in Le Bugue are less than 10 minutes’ drive away and it is well-placed for visits to Les Eyzies de Tayac, pre-historic caves, chateaux, canoeing etc. Highly recommended!

Magnifique jardin, trĂšs bon emplacement

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la région, quartier proche du centre de Bugue en voiture mais sous les arbres en pleine nature, trÚs calme. La maison est confortable, la piÚce de vie assez grande, l'ensemble est propre (un bon détartrage dans la salle de bain serait un plus mais c'est un détail). Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse trÚs agréable avec le store et l'éclairage extérieur. Et que dire du jardin, magnifique, trÚs grand, trÚs trÚs bien entretenu, nous et nos amis avons vraiment été agréablement surpris. La piscine est trÚs propre, il n'y a rien à faire à part mettre l'aspirateur, beaucoup de chaises longues pour la lecture en bord de piscine. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette propriété!
