“Casa Léa”
Caraïbbean style house in Las Terrenas, 1300m2 property with a private swimming pool.
The property is composed of a main house (120m2 which sleeps four people and a bungalow ( sleeps 4 people, 2 adults and 2 childs) surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with a pool. there is a wall surrounding the property for privacy with a locking gate. The property is 300m from the beach 'Las Ballenas' and 15mn walking distance from las Terrenas Village from Samana.


The Villa has two air conditioned bedrooms (not included in the rate), one bathroom, fully equipped open kitchen and a living room. There is a furnished terrace (table, chairs, couch) which faces the private pool. On the other side of the pool is the bungalow. The bungalow(45m2) with air conditioned (not included in the rate) has two bedrooms, one bathroom and another in the mezzanine which would be perfect for kids.

On the property there is a water treatment station, the water is clean and free of bacteria. The rental of 'Casa Léa' includes a gardener who keeps up the yard and the pool 3 times a week.

Electricity has to be paid at the check out upon your consumption.
New in 2018 : The property has been renewed : Bathroom, toilets, and kitchen totally new. Air conditioned renewed in the villa, and the bungalow has now the air conditioned. The warm water system are new. The roof of the villa has been totally changed.

Séjour Las Terrenas

Le logement est clair et agréable. La communication avec le gestionnaire est efficace. Piscine propre (le chlore est mis dans les règles) malgré les plantes et arbustes proches. Le nettoyage peut être amélioré. Un portail automatique serait le bienvenu, surtout le soir en rentrant !! Seul bémol: l'eau stagnante en période de pluie Je recommande ce logement pour l'ensemble de ses équipements.

La ragazza incaricata della casa cioè di fare il check-in Valerie è super attenta è gentile!! Soggiorno incantevole, serenità, natura e grande accoglienza di Maria(la ragazza della pulizia) hanno reso il soggiorno una vero sogno, la villa in posizione ottima, mare e spiaggia esterna immortalate nella mia mente e nel mio cuore, ritornerò senza dubbio!

Amazing

With some minor unexpected issues Casa Lea still provided an amazing experience for my family. Home is truly amazing and spacious. The pool is amazing and love the location. I will say a lot of mosquitos but we brought mosquito repellent and candles to lessen the amount and it worked. The area is surrounded by a beautiful beach.

Great place for our honeymoon!

We stayed at Casa Léa for 10 days and had an amazing time On our honeymoon. The property was exactly how it appeared in the pictures posted online. Marisol, the housekeeper, kept everything looking nice and she was so helpful! She showed us to the grocery store and help us buy fresh fish one day on the beach! Fred, who manages the property, was always available to answer our questions through WhatsApp which was also very helpful. Overall, the place was quiet and had everything we needed. Plus it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5, is that there were a few stains on the bed sheets (they were definitely clean, but I think they just need to be replaced). And the water in the shower was either incredibly hot or very cold. Other than that, everything was great!

Ruhige Tage im tropschen Garten

Eigentlich bewerte ich das Nachbarhaus, da Casa Lea wegen eines Schadens am Pool nicht genutztwerden konnte. Paul hat uns vor der Ankunft informiert und uns das Nachbarhaus gegeben, welches etwas größer ist. Vom Konzept her sind beide gleich. Das Haus liegt in einem schön angelegten Garten und war erst vor kuzem neu gestrichen worden. Man merkt an Pflege und Ausstattung, dass der Eigentümer hier auch selbst Urlaub macht. Die Restauranttipps von Verwalter Fred waren top - selten so gute Ravioli wie im LaTerassa gegessen! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Postion des Wachmanns, der ab 19 Uhr kommt. Er sass immer auf der anderen Seite des Pools, weshalb wir ihn erst für 22 Uhr bestellt haben, dami er nur zu Schlafenszeit da ist. Hier sollte ein Unterschlupf für den Wachmann geschaffen werden, wo man ihn nicht ständig sieht. Insgesammt ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Wiederkommen lohnt sich

Wer Privatsphäre mit Urlaub und Erlebnis kombinieren möchte, sollte in dieser Villa seinen Urlaub buchen. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Nicht Zuletzt, sondern mit besonderem Dank an dieser Stelle gilt der Seele des Hauses, Maresol, die wohl die herzigste Frau in ganz Terrenas ist, und dem Sicherheitsdienst in der Nacht, MC. Wer trotzdem Fragen hat, oder sogar Probleme bewältigen muss, hat mit Fred dem Hausverwalter auch eine kompetente Person zur Seite. Alles in allem sind wir überzeugt, einen weiteren Besuch in der Villa zu planen.

Un bon repos ! Un bon service!

La villa est très bien avec ces ouvertures sur la terrasse et la piscine . Le service offert par Fred ( le responsable de la villa ) est exceptionnel ainsi que celui de Marisol ( ménage et que dire de ta bouffe!!!!) Il faut absolument profité du calme et de toute la belle verdure pour apprécié l'endroit. Attention par contre , beaucoup de moustique au coucher du soleil , le bungalow n'a pas d'air conditionné mais dormir à la mezzanine est correct (ventilateur) , ne prévoyez pas de bijoux ou trop d'argent de poche car la sécurité à Las Terrenas laisse à désirer....c'est un village charmant, typique, de bons resto, ( Playa pizza, Sandro, Tratorria....) avec de superbe plage surtout Coson mais sa demeure un peuple pauvre. Il y a beaucoup de français et d'italien qui y vivent à temps plein. N'oubliez pas d'aller manger le midi et profiter des transats( chaises longues) chez Soli Mar , la propriétaire Véro et son fils Alex sont super!!!!! Pour des vacances avec du soleil, des palmiers et de belles plages , vous ne manquez pas votre coup. ATTENTION' il n'y a pas de terrain de golf pour les amateurs , sauf à 1 h 30 de la villa, ni de TV mais WiFI . À la prochaine!!!!
