We love Beachcomber A101 and have been staying there for the past 5 years.

We love Beachcomber A101 and have been staying there for the past 5 years. The unit is very spacious and has spectacular gulf views from the lanai. I do wish the sprayer for the kitchen sink could be fixed. It has not worked right for several years. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The one complaint that I have is that we are not given notice when a workman is coming to the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience. The condo was very comfortable and nicely updated. The back bedroom and bath were very private for additional guests. We really enjoyed the large lanai with it's 180 degree view of the gulf! We like the quieter east side of the island, so the location was perfect. It was also very nice that we were given access to the ground floor locker for beach equipment. It was very nicely equipped with 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas. We took a dinner cruise, sunset cruise in Captiva and our favorite restaurant is Matzaluna. The only thing I would change is that it would be nice if the living room had more lamps for reading. There is one floor lamp by a chair, but no lamps next to the couch or love seat. We have booked this place for next year!
