New apartment with nice view in the “cala de Pixavaques" in l’Ametlla de mar. Very close to two principal beaches of the village, as well as the shopping area and services. The village combines the fishing activity with the tourism and the surroundings offer numerous places of natural and cultural interest, leisure and sports. The apartment has air conditioning and garage (car max higth: 185 cm/73 in).

seaside heaven

Very clean and tidy property with all you could want from a seaside stay.Short walk to seaside,shops,cafes and retaurants with a very reasonable price. Only one problem was the designated parking spot which was very hard to get out of. Enjoyed our stay and will return next year.

Bargain stay.Dodgy pavement

The property was immaculate and could have slept 6 if neccessary which would be an amazing bargain. The one fault was the ridiculous sloping [away from you] pavement outside the front door which I fell victim to on leaving this morning. Thankfully 3 people came to my aid and fortunately apart from bruises I am ok.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, bien placé avec toutes les commodités pratiques. Un bémol pour le garage : impossible d'y accéder quand tous les locataires occupent leur place car manoeuvre impossible.

"L''appartement a une vue...

"L''appartement a une vue imprenable sur les pins juste à l''aplomb de la petite plage du camping. A mon avis un des meilleurs emplacements de la ville. De plus il est très bien équipé. Ametlla de mar est une petite station en bord de mer préservée du tourisme. Un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille. Seul problème : le parking de l''immeuble est bien trop petit pour une voiture ... familiale. Nous avons dû prendre une location au parking municipal soit 80 euros de plus."

"L'appartement est tout n...

"L'appartement est tout neuf et vraiment très propre et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Le vilage est très sympa, rien à voir avec la côte bétonnée de Salou ou Miami Playa... Seul petit bémol peut-être, la terrasse est un peu petite et au soleil suelement le matin."

"L'appartement est très b...

"L'appartement est très bien situé, très bien agencé et très très propre, tout est neuf. Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine (saladier, poële) mais pour des vacances on se débrouille. On trouve de tout dans le village ; le seul inconvénient est parfois pour trouver une place pour la voiture (pourtant en février) mais en tournant un peu, on y arrive. A quatre, nous avons passé un excellent séjour."

"El apartamento está perf...

"El apartamento está perfectamente acondicionado: todo nuevo y muy acogedor. Cualquier cosa que necesites la encuentras fácilmente(des de un costurero hasta planos de la playa y de la comarca) Las vistas desde el balcón a la playa y a las amplias zonas de pinos son impresionantes. La limpieza del apartamento es impecable. El trato con los propietarios fue muy amable y nos dieron toda la información necessaria para llegar sin problemas. Nos encantó! Seguro que repetiremos !!"
