calme et excentré

Propriété idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants), assez bien équipée, dans un secteur calme, à l'écart du centre de Miami Platja. Véhicule nécessaire pour les courses et la plage. Pas un problème pour nous qui aimons découvrir au maximum les environs. Petite piscine commune aux 11 villas du lotissement, mais chacun l'utilise à tour de rôle, sans concertation, afin de ne pas gêner ceux qui en profitent. Satisfaits globalement de notre location durant cette quinzaine.

..eine kleine aber sehr, sehr feine Ferienhaus Anlage...Ideal und ruhig gelegen..! Die Anlage liegt in El Casalot, oberhalb von Miami Platja; von dort aus schnell zu erreichen, auch zu Fuß; 15 Gehminuten; Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Größe des Hauses sollten allerdings nicht mehr als 4 Bewohner/Gäste mieten. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und wirklich zuvorkommend, jederzeit erreichbar. Die Liegewiese ist gepflegt und der Pool, zwar etwas kleiner als üblich, sehr sauber ! Die dazugehörigen Häuser sind fast alle von den spanischen Eigentümern bewohnt, das macht die Anlage ruhiger und stets gepflegt. Parkplatz für PKW ist vorhanden. Wir jedenfalls, die seit fast 10 Jahren immer wieder dort Urlaub machen, finden das Ferienhaus sehr schön !

Superbe lotissement de 8 maisons, piscine commune en millieu ( construction de la piscine puis des maisons autour ahahaha) fermé ,voisinage super agréable.Accueil des propriétaires impeccable tout comme au départ. Le seul petit bémol pour certains serait la distance entre la mer et la maison qui pour nous ne nous à pas du tout dérangé faisant un peu toutes les plages alentours. 30 min de taragone, 20 min de Salou, 1h15 de peniscola et 10min des plages de miami, 20min du parc d'attraction .... éloigné de tout en étant prés de tout et d'une tranquillité...........La maison est bien entretenu et tout à disposition.La cuisine équipé rien à redire,salon de jardin, barbecue,chambre nikel. Petit magasin "Consum" à 3 min en voiture super pratique si plus d'allumette pour allumer le barbecue et reprendre des gambas au passage :o) .
