About this property

Small fisherman's house

Small comfortable and charming house in the bay of Mont Saint Michel, 100 m from the sea and the shore (beach with coarse sand and shells without the possibility of swimming), located in a very quiet street.
A sunny veranda overlooks the large fully enclosed and sheltered garden, ideal for children and pets. The garden is regularly maintained, it will offer you in summer flowers and fruits, of course BIO-organic!
The house is very clean and the reception particularly attentive. The three bedrooms are upstairs, a living room - dining room on the ground floor has a large leather sofa bed for possible visits (free). The kitchen is new and very modern, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and modern hood, the bathroom is completely renovated but a little old fashion.
By your arrival, Catherine will welcome you very kindly and will offer you her help throughout your stay. She is a pearl and one of the major assets of this rental!
Between each rental, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, to guarantee you a healthy home.
This little house is very comfortable, furnished with pretty antique "directoire" style furniture, and located in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
The geographical location of the house allows you to spend holidays in peace from the tourist hubbub, but close to the sea and its sandy or shell beaches.
For sports enthusiasts, the sand yachting school for adults and children is 100 meters away, the swimming beaches 5 km away.
For gourmets, creperies and fresh fish and shellfish restaurants (oysters and mussels) offer you multiple menus accompanied by purely Breton cider. The "pre-salted lamb" meat comes from this region and is particularly tasty.
Cherrueix is ​​only 20 km from the historic city of Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel, near the beaches of Cancale and the cathedral of Dol de Bretagne. Ideal site for nature and sports enthusiasts: fishing, sailing, sand yachting in front of the house, hiking, horse riding.... Region renowned for its history, its menhirs and its gastronomy (fish, oysters, mussels).

The village of Cherrueix has two restaurants-bars, a delicious creperie where dogs are allowed, a small supermarket, a baker and a traveling butcher.

Ich habe verstanden, dass Sie sich dadurch gestört gefühlt haben, dass es keinen Vorhang an der Schlafzimmertür gab, sodass Ihre Partnerin das Licht im Flur sehen konnte, wenn Sie nachts das WC aufgesucht haben. Es stimmt, dass die Tür in der Mitte aus Glas besteht, um tagsüber mehr Licht in den Raum zu lassen. Das war früher üblich. Sie sind tatsächlich der erste Gast, dem dies aufgefallen ist, aber ich werde dafür sorgen, dass ein kleiner Vorhang angebracht wird. Ich freue mich sehr, dass Sie mir persönlich mitgeteilt haben, dass alles andere in Ordnung war und dass Sie zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht haben. Sehr schönes Fischerhaus in der Bucht vom Mont Saint Michel, ideal gelegen um von hier aus Ausflüge zu Fuß, oder mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto zu unternehmen. Der Check in und out mit Catherine klappte problemlos.

Schöne Lage, nettes Haus mit Garten, z.T. muffiges Mobiliar

Freundliche und hilfreiche Gastgeber. Die wesentlichen Einrichtungen wie Küche, Bett und Badezimmer sind gut. Das übrige Mobiliar ist zum Teil wie in einem Trödelladen (keine benutzbare Kommode für die Kleidung). Die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern ist ggf für weniger bewegliche Gäste beschwerlich.

Hallo Harry, es wundert mich, dass Sie Möbelstücke aus der französischen Epoche "Directoire" für Trödel halten. Es sind tatsächlich keine modernen Kommoden oder Schränke von Ikea, wie Sie es auch den Fotos auf der Internetseite entnehmen konnten, daher meine Verwunderung. Für die Kleidung steht ein Schrank im Schlafzimmer sowie zwei grosse Kommoden in den anderen Zimmern, die man problemlos auf- und zumachen kann, in den eine Menge Kleidung aufgeräumt werden kann. In der Beschreibung des Hauses auf Abritel.fr steht auch ausdrücklich, dass es eine steile Treppe zum ersten Stock gibt, ein Foto ist auch dabei. Leider hat Abritel die Aktualisierung für FeWo-direkt nicht übernommen, deshalb haben Sie es nicht lesen können. Ich werde dafür sorgen, dass es im deutschen Text auch vorhanden ist. Es tut mir echt leid, dass Sie nicht vollkommen zufrieden waren und wünsche Ihnen einen schönen Tag. Nicole

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Haus war sehr schön und der tolle Garten super schön und gepflegt. Leider mussten wir das Geschirr zum Teil spülen, es war voll mit Fett. Finde es schade, wenn man das Haus verlässt und für die nachfolgenden Mieter das Geschirr so hinterläßt. Frau Pince kann nicht all es an Geschirr überprüfen. Lg. Familie Theisen

Tolles Haus inn toller Umgebung

Wieder mal die Bretagne die wir so lieben. Mit dem Hund an den Strand der in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ist. Ausflugziele die für mindestens 3 Besuche a 3 Wochen reichen. Die Gastgeberin und unsere Empfangsdame zuverlässig, sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir haben fast jeden Abend gekocht, da fehlt es an nichts. Der Hund war auch im Garten bestens aufgehoben. Bitte denkt an den Wind und entsprechende Kleidung. Eine Windjacke oder ein dünner Pulli mit einer Kopfbedeckung sollte an Bord sein. gerne wieder. A. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Bretagne

Wir haben in dem kleinen Fischerhaus in Cherrueix einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Häuschen haben wir, wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Vielen Dank für den leckeren "Far breton" und den Cidre, den wir bei unserer Ankunft bekommen haben. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist modern und mehr als gut ausgestattet. Den schönen Garten und Wintergarten haben wir sehr genossen. Unser Hund war hier willkommen und konnte in dem abgeschlossenen Garten frei laufen. Im Haus steht ein Elektrogrill. Als wir nach einem Kohlegrill gefragt haben, wurde uns von "Catherine" gleich einer gebracht, nochmal vielen Dank :-). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Frau Sevegrant, war problemlos und für uns einfach, da sie uns auf deutsch geschrieben hat. Liebe Grüße auf diesem Weg, Maria und Jörg

Schöner Urlaub in der Bretagne

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Die Kommunikation mit Nicole und Catherine vor Ort war sehr nett und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Catherine spricht allerdings kein Deutsch, was für uns kein Problem war, da wir etwas Französisch sprechen. Das Haus ist liebevoll individuell eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafräume erreicht man nur durch eine sehr steile Treppe. Für uns kein Problem, sollte vielleicht in der Beschreibung aber erwähnt werden. Die Lage ist toll, man ist wirklich sofort am Strand. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und viele schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung gemacht. Das Haus kann man unbedenklich weiterempfehlen.

Très agréable séjour

Très bon accueil de Catherine qui s’occupe de la maison. Super communication ! La maison est telle qu’elle est décrite dans l’annonce de location, très bien située et jardin bien clôturé parfait pour les animaux . La cuisine est bien équipée et surtout tout était bien propre . Deux bémols à citer concernant la maison : - la maison est ancienne donc le plancher grince fort alors quand on se lève la nuit il faut faire attention pour ne pas gêner les autres. Le charme de l’ancien ;-) - Enfin la véranda n’a pas de stores au plafond ni aux vitres donc elle n’est pas utilisable en journée même quand il faisait plus gris et pleuvait il faisait trop chaud pour rester à l’intérieur au moindre rayon de soleil c’est un four. Mais bon quand il fait beau on s’installe dehors, fraîcheur sous les arbres et aussi il y a une table avec un parasol .

Wunderschönes Haus in einem wunderschönen Land

Das Fischerhäuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist so urig eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Wintergarten lädt zum Verweilen ein und der komplett eingezäunte Garten hat nicht nur unserem Hund gefallen. Sonne den ganzen Tag. Das Wasser auf der anderen Straßenseite, sozusagen ein Katzensprung. Meerblick vom Dachfenster!! Der Ort ist ganz ruhig und niedlich, wunderschön der Strand, immer mit Blick auf den Mont - Saint - Michel. Cancale, Dol de Bretagne alles ruckzuck mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir, das waren meine Mutter, mein Sohn, meine Schwiegertochter und ich. 3 Generationen waren begeistert von Leuten, Haus und der wundervollen Bretagne. Wir kommen wieder. Ein großer Dank an Catherine, für den herzlichen Empfang mit kühlem Cidre und leckeren Kuchen.

Tranquillité et sérénité en bord de mer

Accueil charmant en cette terre bretonne idéalement située entre le Mont st Michel et Saint Malo. Le petit jardin clôturé fut un vrai paradis pour ma petite chienne et la véranda un bonheur en ce. Début de mois de mai. La mer est loin certes mais se promener sur ces immenses plages désertes est un vrai ressourcement. Décidement notre séjour fut trop court.

Petite maison au calme très agréable et bien équipée. Joli jardin clos à l'arrière avec table, chaises longues et barbecue. Environnement superbe; commerces et restaurants à moins de 10mn à pied en empruntant le magnifique sentier littoral. Maison agréable à vivre, véranda et jardin très sympas. Gros problème pour la plage qui n'est pas praticable, pas de sable, de la vase. Impossible à vivre pour un enfant. Accueil super de la personne qui gère la location.

Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation sur ma petite maison de pêcheur, que vous avez trouvée agréable. Par contre, Cherrueix n'est pas une station balnéaire comme Cancale ou Saint Malo. Les villages situés en bordure de mer dans la Baie du Mont Saint Michel sont des grèves de sable ou coquillage, où l'on ne peut pas se baigner, car la mer se retire très loin du bord. Je suis désolée que vous ne m'ayez pas demandé, si on peut se baigner à cet endroit, je vous aurais alors expliqué ce qu'est une grève dans la Baie. Je vais donc ajouter cette description dans mon annonce, pour éviter les malentendus.
