The Villa has been recently renovated and is located in the beautiful nature of Campulongu a few steps from the Tanka Village GOLF course and 350 meters from the sea.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for two families or a family with a baby siter or a group of friends.
In some periods the possibility of renting only a part of the house is considered, ideal for a couple or a family of up to 4 people (two adults and two children). the cost to be assessed at the time of booking

It is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. It is located just 2 km from the center of Villasimius.
The villa consists of two apartments with separate entrances, both consisting of living room with equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom, outdoor verandas equipped with tables and lounges, outdoor showers with hot water, swimming pool with salt water and whirlpool.
The Villa is surrounded by a garden with green lawn and plants, where you will find the swimming pool with hydromassage bench, area equipped with deck chairs, a spacious barbecue area equipped with pergola, outdoor table and a relaxation area with sofas.
Enjoy relaxing vacation hours in the warm sun and let the evening end with a glass of wine as you prepare delicious grilled dishes.
On hot days the pool is perfect for cooling off
Upon reservation, it is possible to organize visits and excursions, cruises in the marine protected area of Villasimius, rent bicycles, go horseback riding.
The strategic location guarantees a relaxing holiday, away from the confusion and traffic, but only 5 minutes from all the comforts of the city. Thanks to its proximity to the main roads, it allows you to visit numerous beaches of incredible beauty and different characteristics in a few minutes, in order to satisfy every need. Porto Sa Ruxi, Costa Rey, Notteri, Punta Molentis, Torre delle Stelle, Punta Santo Stefano, Cala Caterina are also easily reachable by car.
It is also possible to set out on foot for a walk along the paths starting directly from the house and reaching the panoramic areas from which to admire the beach of Porto Giunco and the beautiful Sardinian coast.

Beautiful Location!!!

We as family had a great stay. Big thanks to the owners for warm welcome and simple check in/out. House is located in a nice area of Villasimius with a super beautiful and clean garden/pool area for relaxing hours.

A Beautiful villa , close to the beach and 30 minutes walk to the near village, 10 minutes walk to the shop and restaurant.We had a such a great time, very safe , beautiful and handy location . Wonderful Relaxing Stay

Roberto's place is great! The location is perfect. 5 min walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets & a short stroll to the town centre. Make sure to grab a late night gelato and do as the locals do and stroll through the main street. We had a car which was perfect for exploring beaches outside of walking distance & grabbing groceries. Also make sure to book a day trip on a boat so you don't miss out on the beaches you can't access by foot. All in all Roberto's place is highly recommended.

Two family holiday

Great set up for two families holidaying together as the living quarters were separate but the communal spaces shared. It worked very well for our group. The houses are well equipped with all you need for cooking and dining, lovely outside bbq area which we enjoyed, good size pool for children, loungers, outdoor showers, washing machines etc. 10 mins walk to the closest beach at Villacampu and approx 30mind walk to Villasimius. A great set up for a holiday in the Villasimius region.

Great for families

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hosts are very friendly and communication worked well even though they didn’t speak English that well. The house is very clean and equipped with all the necessities. The garden was amazing for our kids to play and the pool is just perfect. The surroundings are quiet and walk to the beach is easy. Unfortunately there are not many restaurant options in walking distance. But the food was amazing! Everyone is very friendly, also to the kids. We would’ve loved to move our checkout to a later time because our ferry was only leaving at night. Maybe an option for a later checkout would be a great additional value. Overall perfect holiday stay, thank you!

Luxuriöses Aussengelände

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die zwei Apartments sind eher klein und bescheiden ausgestattet. Man möchte aber sowieso lieber die Zeit auf dem großzügigen Aussengelände verbringen, sich im Pool erfrischen, in der Aussenküche grillen, Filmabende im Freien genießen oder gemeinsam auf der gemütlichen Terasse sitzen. Ein Bonus ist der kurze Fußweg zum wunderschönen Strand Campulongo. Roberto ist sehr nett und hat auf alle Fragen SOFORT geantwortet.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist perfekt für zwei befreundete Familien, es besteht aus zwei Einzelhäuser. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr schön. Ein wirklich schöner Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser ist in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber Roberto ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir möchten definitiv wiederkommen.

Super Gastgeber, tolle Unterkunft und schöne Strände

Die Unterkunft hat es an nichts vermissen lassen. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sauber und der Gastgeber Roberto war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da wir nachts ankamen hatte er uns freundlicherweise ein paar Flaschen Wasser bereit gestellt. Ebenfalls konnten wir am Abreisetag länger als bis 10 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.

Einfach alles war perfekt. Roberto hat uns freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit zur Stelle. Das Haus war einfach perfekt für zwei Familien mit 4x Kindern. Perfekter Aufenthalt in optimaler Lage

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Gegend. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5-10 Min. erreichbar. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt - alles, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird, war vorhanden. Besonders schön sind die Außenanlagen mit dem Pool. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunkiation vor Ort mit Roberto war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Ideale Lage für Familien. Die Kinder konnten zu Fuss zum Strand. Weitere wunderschöne Strände waren in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Pool und die Wiesen waren ideal zum Spielen. Roberto war super freundlich und hat sich gekümmert.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was lovely, with a beautiful pool and garden area. Fully equipped for bbqing and eating in and a great location for Villasimius town and the amazing beaches. I would definitely come back!

The area of Campulongu insists on the beach of the same name directed towards W-SW and is about 2 km from the town center. The houses are located starting from? Immediate back-beach, up the hill that rises over the bay. The beach is a strip of fine white sand and can be more or less large in relation to the pre-summer storms. Services (all to the left side of the beach, watching the sea) food court and snack bar. Campulongu near the marina.
