Calpe: Gorgeous big Apartment in Fantastic VillaLuxury Apartment

We have a very big and beautiful apartment in our villa with his own large private Terrance, 50 m² (about 538 ft² ) with gorgeous views to the big and famous rock (Penion de Ifach). The apartment has an independent entrance from outside of the house, it occupy the whole second floor of the villa, surrounded of big windows and terraces. There is also the facilities of Swimming pool, garden, Barbecue, private Parking. It is located in a luxury Residential area of Calpe, it is very quite and in very convenient located, near the beach, Tenis Club, shopping center and near the city centre.
The villa is huge so you have the completely feeling of being alone. My mum lives on the ground floor, and she is very kind and helpful for anything you might need.
There is also washing machine facilities, WiFi, and we always provide bed sheets and bath towels included in the price, as well as the in and out cleaning is included.
Whether you are with your family, friends or with your partner you will really enjoy your Holidays here!!

Great for the old town

Very clean and comfortable, 10 mins walk into old town. Great outdoor roof terrace, sun virtually all day. Good sized pool and outdoor area shared with villa owner. Grand daughter (who translated) and grandmother who lives in the downstairs accommodation extremly helpful. Very friendly invited us for paella one evening. Loved the homely touch. Great for anyone who does want to have a villa further out and then need a car.Also great instead of an apartment(much more space). And can walk everywhere. If i was been really picky then there is some road noise at certain times of day, but quiet at night's

Que decir de esta experiencia en primer lugar dar las gracias a Feli una gran persona que nos hizo la estancia muy comoda ,tienes unas vistas preciosas una piscina muy limpia ,todo super cerca plyas ,tiendas comercios etc.. la casa es perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones camas super comodas nuestro hijo se sentía como en casa sin duda repetiremos

Deux supers semaines Maison bien située même si un peu de bruit parfois à cause des voitures 15 20 minutes du centre-ville de Calpe et de la plage à pied. Avions loué des vélos et c'était très bien La maison est spacieuse pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Piscine super La propriétaire, "mamie pour les enfants" est adorable. Les enfants très triste de la quitter, ils ont été supers gâtés pendant les 15 jours ! Pas de chaîne française sur la TV , manque un peu mais on s'habitue. Prévoyons d'y retourner trois semaines l'an prochain

Vacances géniales !

Pour notre 2 ème passage depuis 2012... nous sommes toujours aussi contents d' avoir passez nos vacances près d' une propriétaire extraordinaire ! Una experiencia maravillosa, un apartamento increíblemente cómodo y Tranquilo. Si buscas desconectar y pasar unos días de relax este es tu sitio además se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios y unos caseros entrañables no encontrarás un sitio como este

superbe vacance

nous avons été super bien accueillis par la propriétaire alias "mamie" petit nom affectueux que nous lui avons donné . l'a maison est géniale grande chambre, grande salle à manger et surtout grande terrasse. le seul petit souci si on peu dire un souci, pour moi qui aime faire la cuisine petite cuisine et pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisines ( casseroles ). il y a la piscine jacuzzi, avec les transats et tout est très propres. " mamie " entretien chaque jours. nous avons eu la chance de rencontré sa famille, tous adorables. Les commerces sont a proximité a pieds 10 minutes pour un petit centre commercial. et 15 minutes pour le centre ville. nous avons passé de superbe vacance. nous reviendrons c'est sur.

Couple avec fille de 22an...

Couple avec fille de 22ans, avons passé un très agréable séjour en juillet 2013. L'appartement est très bien situé, confortable et la propriétaire est très accueillante, dévouée et toujours au petits soins pour ses locataires. L'appartement est à proximité du centre ville, des commerces et de la plage, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas utiliser la voiture. La terrasse nous offre une vue magnifique sur le rocher de Calpe. Merci encore à la propriétaire pour toutes ses gentillesses et son excellent repas.

very nice apartment close to the beach (15 min walk - with baby's stroller) - there's no villas closer, only apartments and hotel large terrace for relaxed breakfasts with sea and Phenon d'Ifach view A little bit noisy in the nights The proprietor is very hospital (and special thanks for home-made paella and other tasty dishes Felicidad made for us)

"Superbe séjour, très bien situé càd proche du centre ville mais à l''abri de l'' animation du soir avec un superbe marché de vêtements le samedi... A 1h00 environ en voiture de l'' aéroport d'' Alicante, à côté du stade de foot... Superbe vue de la terrasse de l'' appartement, belle piscine entretenue régulièrement, propriétaire très acceuillante et très attentive au bien- être des locataires... Maison très bien sécurisée, T° estivale surprenante car accompagnée d'' un bon air rafraîchissant... Conclusion: superbe endroit de vacances, nous y reviendront..."
