In the middle of a 240-hectare forest, allowing for beautiful walks but also all the space needed for joggers in peace, the house is located in a very quiet environment and ideal for children who live in full freedom. This upscale estate offers 6 tennis courts - heated and covered communal pool (closed for work until October 2020) - club house- children's activities - caretaker.
Very quiet location but close to many activities: Lake Saint Gatien with its aquatic activities, golf, go-karting, horse clubs.
Near the shops of Pont l'Eveque (town centre trade and supermarket) and has only 11km from Deauville and Trouville with their beaches, restaurants, shops, casinos, cinemas.
The location of the house in a residential area means that parties and noisy evenings are not allowed to ensure your tranquillity.
Ideal for family.

The charming house offers beautiful volumes with its large living room- library allowing pleasant evenings at the corner of the fireplace (wood provided) , but also TV with canal, wifi, small music chain, chess table.
The garden allows you to meet in the sun (even in Normandy) and have lunch on its large outdoor table next to the BBQ while the children take advantage of the lawn to play and spend time.

Vacances Normandes

Tres belle propriété, domaine très sympathique pour des joggings ou marche matinale. Nous avons pû agréablement profiter de la piscine, table de Ping-pong et terrain de pétanque. Les commerces à proximités tres appréciables. Le village de Pont Lévêque est très sympathique. Nous y avons acheter du bon fromage. Même si les météo n’était pas des plus clémentes lors de notre semaine, nous avons passé de très bons moments,

Charme rustique

C'est une spacieuse maison au sein d'un domaine résidentiel sécurisé, entourée de jolies demeures nichées dans la verdure. Une piscine, des terrains de tennis, des aires de jeux... Que du bonheur. L'intérieur dégage un charme rustique. Imaginez un vaste salon avec des canapés si douillets et défraîchis qu'ils évoquent le confort d'un vieux pyjama favori. Et ne parlons même pas des sièges de WC bancals, une serrure artisanale pour le petit coin qui a le mérite d'exister, contrairement à la grande salle de bains, ainsi que les sanitaires datant d'une époque révolue. Un parfum légèrement rance flotte dans l'air, un mélange entre l'humidité naturelle et le charme d'antan. La cuisine est équipée pour satisfaire même les chefs chevronnés qui voient au-delà du plan de travail fatigué par de longues années de service. Vu le standing de la location, on pourrait espérer des vitres plus propres afin de mieux profiter des belles vues extérieures. Des réparations à court terme, voire une rénovation globale à moyen terme, pourraient préserver cette charmante demeure et la mettre au goût du 21e siècle. La dame qui nous a accueillis était gentille et serviable. Les personnes que nous avons croisées dans le domaine étaient courtoises et aimables. Le Wi-Fi est plutôt lent, ce qui encourage les workaholics à troquer leurs ordinateurs portables contre des raquettes de tennis. En fin de compte, à l'exception de ces désagréments faciles à corriger, c'était un séjour quasi parfait.

Absolument fabuleux !

Le domaine, la maison et l’accueil sont absolument parfaits… un veritable havre de paix dans un écrin de verdure, qui offre des activités pour tous. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Honfleur, Deauville….. Et les propriétaires sont de tres belles personnes. Leur maison en témoigne aussi !
