Nicely renovated one bedroom condo just a half block from the beach! Come relax with a 60" smart' tv in the living room with bluray player and Netflix etc if you have an account, a 32' in the bedroom and a 24' in the bathroom. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the newly renovated gourmet kitchen and after dinner relax on the patio.

When your ready to hit the beach just pack up and make the short stroll to Michael Ellis beach 1/2 block away or just relax by the pool.

At the end of the day enjoy a meal at any one of the islands great restaurants!

Great place for my husband and I. The place was great, well stocked kitchen. You are close to everything and off the beating pass from the craziness of summer crowds. Will definitely look this place up for our next stay.

This cute little condo is half a block from the John Ellis Beach and less than a mile from Whitecap Beach. We could tell it had recently been updated with newer appliances and bathroom decor-very nice! We could definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Troy's condo. We stayed there before and will again next year. The condo is clean and has been remodeled in recent years. Location is great with shortvwalk to ocean and some local establishments. LLoIticonveniently located to walk
