Located in the center of Le Praz, you will enjoy a calm and authentic atmosphere in the historic village of Courchevel.
No need for your car during your stay: bakery, mini-market, restaurants, the gondola to Courchevel 1850, and the chairlift to Méribel are all accessible on foot. The ALPINIUM center, 250 m away, next to the lake and the Olympic ski jumps, offers a large covered car park, ski lockers, and a media library — nearby: departure point for free shuttle buses to all of Courchevel — AQUAMOTION 10 minutes away.

The chalet:
This house, decorated with respect for Savoyard authenticity, is arranged over 3 levels: on the ground floor: a garage for 2 cars (max height 1.85m), ski room, toilet, cellar with washing machine and dryer, sledges.
On the 1st floor: hallway with toilet and 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with quality twin beds (duvets) and a small bedroom with bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with washbasin and shower or bathtub.
On the 2nd floor: a large, very bright living room, a pleasant lounge with a fireplace insert, smart TV, WiFi. A 3rd sofa bed for 2 people allows you to host extra guests. Large dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, classic coffee maker + Senseo, and raclette machine. Large balcony overlooking the street, south-facing terrace with a lovely mountain view. View of the chapel and the ski jumps.

Beautiful traditional chalet in the heart of Le Praz

Beautiful traditional chalet with 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own shower or bath and hand basin. Excellent open plan living area on top floor with well equipped kitchen. Garage for two cars. Only a short 5 minute walk to the lift station. Would happily stay there again!

Story book authentic alpine Chalet

Le Praz is a story book Alpine village in the heart of The 3 Vallées with unbeatable direct lift access to Courchevel 1850. Chalet Montelago is in the heart of the quaint village a short walk from all restaurants, bars and boutiques. The 2 modern fast lifts up are just a few minutes walk from the chalet. The chalet is a dream of alpine charm with its Oak beams oak cladding and floors. The chalet is very big, bright and airy. The main living area is huge with multiple windows and skylights affording views of the mountains and over the quaint village lanes. Lots of bathrooms and showers with seemingly endless hot water makes this chalet exceptional. The double garage is big as is the boot and ski room. A dream chalet for family skiing with lots of room.

Perfect ski chalet

We spent a week in Chalet Montelago for the Feb half term. A lovely chalet with a nice big open-plan living / kitchen area, very comfortable for the 8 of us. Handy to have a decent size ski/boot room downstairs. The owners were very helpful & sent us lots of useful info before we arrived. Only 3 mins walk from the shops, bus stop & 2 lifts. We would certainly recommend it & hope to return soon.

Super emplacement du chalet au cœur du joli village du Praz et à quelques minutes à pied des remontées mécaniques. Le chalet est exactement comme décrit dans l'annonce. Il est parfait pour 8 personnes. Chacun a son espace ! L'espace de vie est super sympa et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

excellentes vacances au châlet Montelago !

Le chalet est très agréable, confortable et bien placé. nous avons passé une semaine à 2 familles (9 pers. dont 5 ados) sans être les uns sur les autres le moins du monde. Nous avons également profité de tous les bons conseils des propriétaires sur la station du Praz : semaine super ! Nous recommandons vivement ce châlet !

Joli chalet cosy et confortable

Le chalet Montelago ne nous a pas décu : meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est située au cœur du village de Courchevel 1300, au calme, proche des commerces, proche des remontées et super-équipé (du grille-pain au lave-linge en passant par l'appareil à raclette) ... Les chambres sont confortables, les salles de bain très bien finis, le salon est très spacieux et la vue sur la chapelle et les tremplins est magnifique. A recommander !

"Joli chalet très agréable à vivre, tout confort (bonne literie), bien équipé. Idéalement situé dans le petit village du Praz, à 3mn à pieds des départs de navettes (gratuites) vers Courchevel 1550, 1650, 1800. Propriétaire charmant. Bref, une location à recommander ! Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. "
