Tutto perfetto. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La descrizione sul sito corrisponde a quanto trovato. Bel giardino e portico per mangiare all’aperto. C’è anche la doccia esterna. Proprietario e Christian molto disponibili. Posizione vicina al centro e ai supermercati. In 9 minuti d’auto si arriva al mare.

Bella villetta a schiera su due piani in zona tranquilla ma comoda al centro .Ottimo spazio esterno con barbecue in muratura efficientissimo . Non climatizzata,anche se fornita di ventilatori in zona giorno e notte . Migliorabili le forniture di suppellettili e complementi per la pulizia all’interno ,ma nel complesso consigliati sisma !!

Tolles Ferienhaus - wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Wir waren 1 Woche in Villasimius und es war alles ganz wunderbar. Wir waren zu viert in dem Ferienhaus, was ideal war. Ein Zimmer haben wir somit gar nicht genutzt. Wir haben jeden Abend auf der Terasse im schönen Garten verbracht. Ein Auto ist aber auf jeden Fall notwendig. Supermärkte und auch Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man relativ schnell an wunderschönen Sträden. Alessio war ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Immer erreichbar und hat uns alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche!

"Si tratta di una porzione di villetta bifamilare su due livelli, inserita in un contesto residenziale di nuova costruzione. Posizione tranquilla. Il proprietario è un giovane molto gentile e serio. Nel complesso è stata un ottima soluzione per le nostre vacanze. "
