A beauty & close to the beach
The house is located 3 min. from the beach (walking distance). The parking is 15 seconds away.
It is on 2 floors
- upstairs: 2 rooms and toilet
- ground floor: kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet + shower
It has an air conditioning and a fan, so that the upper rooms and the living room can be cooled down.
In the bedroom on the ground floor there is a fan on the ceiling that helps cooling down.
The kitchen is very well equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking equipment.
There is a "normal" indoor kitchen with 4 gas cooking plates and two sinks. However, we never used it in two weeks, as there is an outdoor kitchen with 2 gas cooking plates and a sink. This is simply great to cook in summertime. Dishwasher in the outer kitchen.
The garden/backyard is beautifully green (it gets watered in the early morning hours). Although the house is surrounded by other houses, the garden is "hidden" behind trees and bushes. This is why we enjoyed complete privacy.
Outdoor shower (beautifully hidden) that even provides warm water.
Beach is very near (3 min.), not too big and not too small. There was always enough space for us (2nd half of July). Nice, fine sand. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented or bring your own. Great with children: The first 20-30 meters it is very shallow so that you can play in the water.
Beach restaurant/bar provides food, drinks and ice cream.
