Absolutely stunning modern style five bedroom, four bath home. Sitting down a private tree lined drive on nearly one acre of land. The lot is nearly level and features over 200 feet of water frontage and a covered two story boat dock. Located in the perfect spot on the lake. There is a beach for sunning and swimming in front of the house. We provide a kayak and a rowboat and paddleboard for your enjoyment. There is always water here. Located on a big basin, with natural area across the lake. Perfect for tubing and skiing right in front of the house, but off the main lake enough to avoid tons of boat traffic. There are three king size beds, one queen size bed, two sets of bunk beds in the children's room and also a two sets of reclining sofas. There is a screened porch for alfresco dining as well as an open deck along the back of the home where you can barbecue and watch the fun happening in the lake. There are two master suites, one upstairs and one down stairs. There is also a second mini kitchen downstairs with a refrigerator and a microwave. There are two complete living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. They both have fireplaces and spectacular views of the lake. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of high quality items. There is enough in the kitchen to cook a holiday meal and have everything you need. There is a custom farmhouse table which seats at least 10. In the downstairs family room, there is a Playstation for the kids and lots of video games, as well as board games, dvds and books in case you have a rainy day. The home is stocked as though we live there, nice linens, tons of towels etc. We really have tried to think of everything you could need to make this the vacation of your dreams! Guests return year after year. 60 inch TV in the upstairs family room and reclining leather sofas also new 2 new TV's in guest bedrooms. We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer. Shorter term rentals will be accepted but not until it gets closer to the summer. We love the area so much that we bought another house.
