Ideally located 200 m from the beach.
Between the sea and the countryside, quiet, in unspoiled nature within the Cotentin Regional Park.
Capacity 10 people, 1 large living room with fireplace stove (large window) with a lounge and dining area, 1 open kitchen, 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs, (3 x 140 cm beds and 4 beds of 90cm). 1 bathroom, 1 independent toilet, 1 bathroom with toilet.
South facing terrace 35 m², on enclosed land of 1000m². car park. First trade 1 km, supermarket 8 km, village 2 km, restaurant 500 m. sailing club 5 kms, 18 hole golf course 3 kms, sand yachts, oyster beds 3kms.

Bien située cette maison

Arrivée libre car la clef est dans une boîte. La maison est grande et bien aménagée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en cuisine. La propriétaire est tres sympa et arrangeante. Seul bémol, les matelas peu confortables. Le beau temps noys a manqué mais eyant pres de la plage nous avons fait qqs balades rn bord de mer balades.

Calme et confort

Une maison que l'on aimerait avoir comme résidence secondaire. Tout le confort y est, les pièces sont spacieuses. Sa localisation est idéale pour la mer et les plages du débarquement. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir.

Maison agréable à vivre

Malgré la tempête, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les jeux de société mis à disposition étaient bien venues. La plage de sable a bien été appréciée par les enfants. La région est belle et beaucoup de visites à faire.

Tres bon sejour

Nous avons passé une srmaine tres agreable en famille La maison est a 300 metre de la plage, ideal pour les enfants et dans une village fort sympathique comme les gens. La maison est spacieuse et ideale pour toute la famille et vraiment tres calme Petit bemol sur le menage a notre arrivee mais pas grave en soi. Nous gardons cette adresse en favori, nous reviendrons car nous aimons cette Region

Heerlijk huis vlakbij het strand

Zeer comfortabel huis. Er is voldoende ruimte. Grote tuin en rustige omgeving. Je loopt zo naar het Normandische strand.

Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui sont absolument charmants. Gîte confortable et d'une propreté parfaite. Joli jardin avec vue sur la campagne. Proximité de la mer (5min à pieds) idéale avec des petits. Nous ne venions là que pour avoir un pied à terre étant de réunion de famille dans les environs mais cela nous a donné envie d'y revenir pour en profiter d'avantage et découvrir les environs ! Merci monsieur et madame Montaclair et à bientôt !

A great place for family holiday

We stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The property had all that we needed and was perfectly located for quick nips to the local beach, just a smal drive from the Normandy beaches and Bayeaux and plenty of beautiful scenery. The house was peaceful and spacious with a great garden for the children to play in. Many evenings spent in the garden with a glass of wine! Thanks

Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern sehr freundlich und nett empfangen. Sie haben uns alles gut erklärt und uns tolle Ausflugsziele gezeigt. Sie haben uns sogar als Willkommensgeschenk ein paar Köstlichkeiten im Kühlschrank deponiert. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die ruhige Lage, der grosszügige Umschwung und die schöne Einrichtung sind wunderbar. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und man kann sich herrlich entspannen, im Meer baden oder auch tolle Ausflüge machen. Ich kann das Haus vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.
