Villa with splendid sea view, 500 m. from the beach, Wifi, pool

The location is ideal for maximum tranquility and allows not having to take the car. You can walk to the beach and shopping. You only need to take the car if you want to visit other villages in the area.There are several terraces distributed in different directions that let to choose  shade or sun in any moment.
There is a large terrace with BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals.
From the living terrace there is a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Medes Islands.
Built on three floors. In the access to the house is a large parking area for several cars right in front of the garage.At an elevation of one floor is the entrance to the house. With a Master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and access to the the pool terrace. A very big kitchen, living with a large terrace facing the swimming pool and with a marvellous view to the beach, in the same floor is a guest toilet.

Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, all with twin beds, the second bathroom with bath and a big terrace.

Above the bedrooms floor  there is a roof terrace with great privacy and spectacular sea views.

This area is known for its spectacular coastline Costa Brava but we also recommend visiting the countryside.Known as the Empordà it has spectacular landscape with medieval villages that have been well maintained.
The most attractive area of the coast is the small area around Palafrugell which stretches from Pals and Begur in the north, south through Fornells, Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc, to Calella de Palafrugell. This dramatic coastline abounds with beautiful bays, coves and headlands, with sandy beaches washed by sparkling seas, and interspersed by glistening white villages, each very different, the perfect locations for relaxing holidays.?
The countryside has some wonderful timeless villages like Peratallada and Ullastret set against a distant backdrop of the ever present Pyrenees. Visit Pals, the walled medieval city; Bisbal famed for its production of ceramics; Torroella de Montgri with its Gothic palaces, courtyards and narrow streets nestling beneath the Castell de Montgri, and the spectacular gardens of Cap Roig. There are various markets to explore, vineyards to visit and slightly further away the Dali Museum in Figueres; whilst the vibrant city of Barcelona is less than 2 hours away.
FLIGHTS : GIRONA-Costa Brava airport is approximately 45 kms from the resort of Playa de Pals and is served by a number of airlines from the UK and Europe. CAR HIRE : All major car hire companies are represented at Girona, Barcelona and Perpignan .
TRANSFERS : Car hire is advised, although we can arrange transfers; please ask us for details and prices. There is also a bus service from Girona to nearby Palafrugell run by Sarfa Bus – www.sarfa.com and a bus service from the Girona and Barcelona airports connecting the airports between themselves and with the town centers. www.barcelonabus.com
BY CAR : This area of Catalunya is easily accessible by car; the best route is over the French border at La Jonquera or by ferry to Santander. Car parking for several cars is available at the villa.
TRAINS. The next station is in Flaça about 25 km away. For information on prices and timetables please consult the website: www.renfe.es.
As the station is very small Flaça only get times to and from the previous station or the next which are those of Figueres and Girona.
