Awesome place

The images from VRBO were very accurate. The space was big enough for our family trip. Everything is so close nearby. The appliance worked great. It was clean and was easy to contact rental property management for trash pick up. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we most definitely will look to book here in near future trips back.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First we were put in the wrong condo. When I called to book the condo I specifically asked for a ground level condo and was told no problem. I was assured that we were put in a ground level condo. Nope we were put on the top level. I have knee problems which makes it hard to climb stairs and also we have a small dog that requires going outside. I had to take her out because of the possibility of bears. When I called to ask about why the wrong condo, I was told "sorry our mistake". Nothing was done to correct the "sorry our mistake". Second. I filled out a maintenance request for a broken lamp, leaking kitchen faucet, and a outside light not working, which the light also made it hard to take our dog out. I requested to have maintenance call before coming out to fix the items. Because we didn't want our little dog to freak out at a stranger coming in. They did not. Instead they came in and didn't fix anything. They only replaced a porch light that I didn't even know was out. The light I requested to be fixed is the kind that turns on by its self at night. I also called about them coming in without calling first. I was told "They did come in and just didn't see the call first. We're sorry about that". They then asked "is there a time we can schedule for them to come fix the items they didn't fix"? I told them "no, there is no point now just wait until we leave". I do understand about the units being renovated but really no excuse for being blown off. "I'm sorry our mistake" sometimes just doesn't cut it. Also please put in the property description that the washer/drier is shared with the next door unit. It was a surprise when we got there. We have been coming the Pigeon Forge for 16 years and stayed with other companies. We would like to stay with Eden Crest again and would recommend to friends IF problems are corrected.

Couple of issues

Master sweet ceiling fan made noise which isn't deal breaker but somewhat annoying. Couldn't get hot tub hot so didn't use. Not sure if it was my fault or if it didn't work.

Home away from home!

This property was beautiful and so homey! There was even a Christmas tree which made it feel even more like home for us! It was convenient to all the local attractions but also away from the traffic on Parkway. Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable stay!

Great location and wonderful cabin

I had a great experience. 10/10 would recommend for a large group. Very affordable when splitting the cost. The hot tub was a lot of fun and easy to use. It was also very convenient having a washer and drier in the cabin. Less than a 10 minute drive to all the attractions in Piegon Forge.

Need to be Cleaner! and the Black people that was down below us was real noisy , about 3 in the morning they was they was some black guy banging and banging way up in the middle of the night and hollering at the door saying let me in

In the future if you ever have an issue with noisy neighbors we would encourage you to call the police. The police's authority is far greater than any management company is in these types of situations. great place, issue with the pool

great place. Pool way too small for the amount of people in the rental property. You need to put in at least one more pool and maybe 2. Every time we tried to go it was packed and it is really small.
