I suggest this fantastic house, located on the first floor (with just a flight of stairs), because it offers the maximum in terms of landscape and nature, because nature is still intact here, the beaches are beautiful and uncontaminated, there are lots of opportunities and facilities to make your stay wonderful as regards touristic field. The house is located close to many beaches, one after the other, only one or two kilometers of distance. This is a vacation that promises peace and relaxation, excursions by sea with boats, mini cruises alongside the coast about 40 km south of of Orosei, Gulf - spectacular. A vacation here, as well as for the beauty of the environment, is also recommended for the excellent food, because it is the birthplace of the cannonau. The fish is guaranteed fresh from the fishing boats to the tables of the restaurants, meat comes directly from the internal regions and from our mountains. We recommend you finally to come here for the amazing beauties of the landscape and the mountain environment, because the house is located just two minutes from the first beach, and in ten minutes you can reach different places in the mountains, at over 800 meters above sea level, between forests and archaeological sites.

A wonderful time

We were in Sardinia for the first time and fell in love with the island. The apartment with a wonderful view of the mountains, was equipped with everything you need. It was quiet and there was no traffic. There was no need to worry about the children. If you're looking for hype, you're in the wrong place. Virginia was a wondeful person. She gave us a lot of tips and my kids still rave about her culurgiones, which she cooked for us. Around the house is a very nice well-kept garden, which invites you to relax. Our time was over much too quickly and with many good memories we went back combined with the wish to come back. Dear Virginia, thank you so much for your hospitality.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Girasole! Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, sowohl zu den zahlreichen Stränden, als auch in die nahegelegen Ortschaften wie Tortoli oder Santa Maria ist es nicht weit. Auch Girasole sollte man im eine Chance geben, wir hatten z.B. einen tollen Abend mit in einer Bar an einem kleinen Park und anschließendem Live Konzert bei der nahegelegenen Pizzaria. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war die Wohnung gut geeignet, das absolute Highlight war der große Balkon auf dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Die Vermieterin ist zudem wirklich sehr sympatisch und nett, wenn etwas in der Wohnung fehlt kümmerte sie sich direkt darum. Wir bekamen tolle Tomaten aus Ihrem Garten und hatten ein paar nette Gespräche. Für uns war es ein gelungener Urlaub mit vielen Highlights, tollen Stränden und schönen Touren.

De perfecte plaats om tot rust te komen

Girasole is een rustig dorpje, vlakbij het toeristischer Tancau/Santa Maria Navaresse en Tortolì/Arbatax. Een heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor een strandvakantie, het verkennen van de bergachtige omgeving en genieten van de heerlijke verkoelende bries vanaf de zee op het grote balkon. In het dorpje zit een supermarktje en meerdere bars waar je ook kunt eten. Girasole heeft een eigen strandweg met een prettige strandtent en een heel erg rustig, mooi strand. De echt witte stranden, meer horeca en winkels zijn binnen 15 minuten met de auto of bus uitstkend bereikbaar.Virginia is een fantastische gastvrouw en deed erg haar best om ons elke dag welkom te voelen. De inrichting van het huis is authentiek (en dus ook iets gedateerd, dus van die charme moet je houden) en de woning heeft geen airconditioning. In verband met de zeebries die recht op de woning staat mis je een airco eigenlijk alleen op uitzonderlijk hete dagen (37 graden of hoger).En als je een beetje van dorpskatten/kittens houdt dan heb je het hier helemaal naar je zin.

Dörfliche Lage mit kurzen Anfahrten zu Sehenswürdigkeiten .

Sehr angenehmer Empfang durch die liebenswerte Gastgeberin, wir kamen immerhin erst kurz vor Mitternacht an.Die Wohnung in sauberem Zustand und mit den nötigsten Utensilien ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Wer sich nicht an Kirchengeläut und Taubengeschrei stört, hat auch einen ruhigen Urlaub. Die Nähe zu einem sehr schönen Sandstrand ( 2,5km) macht den Urlaub für Sonnenanbeter perfekt. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt im Ort sorgt für das nötigste. Ein Mietwagen ist unabdingbar, auch um diese wunderschöne Insel zu erkunden.

14 Tage Recht ursprüngliches Sardinien.

Empfehlenswerter Ort für ruhesuchende(-auch in der Hauptsaison)! ...etwas abseits vom Massentourismus a'la San Teodoro, aber das war auch unsere Absicht.Wir lernten ein saubere Wohnung & sehr nette entgegenkommende Vermieterin kennen!! Vielen Dank für Deine leckeren(!!!) selbstgebacken Kekse & Deine kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Auto/Motorrad(!!!) oder Mitwagen ist notwendig! Wir waren zum siebten Mal auf dieser herlichen Insel, man merkt an diesem Ort mehr inselübliche Ursprünglichkeit ,- sicherlich aufgrund der maximalen Entfernung zu beiden großen Flughäfen. Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir haben uns über eine sehr saubere, großzügige Wohnung mit großer Terrasse samt wunderschöner Aussicht gefreut. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist wunderschön, Man ist schnell in Tortoli zum bummeln und entlang dem Ori-Beach kann man wunderschöne Buchteln zum baden und schnorcheln erkunden. Rundum wunderschön, am liebsten gleich wieder!

L'appartamento di Virginia oltre ad essere piacevolissimo e fresco si trova in posizione strategica e consente ai vacanzieri di poter raggiungere in tempi stretti moltissime località anche molto diverse tra loro: quelle più note e turistiche e altre più tranquille, ma non meno suggestive. L'alloggio ha sicuramente più punti di forza, noi vogliamo assolutamente segnalare la terrazza dalla quale si gode un'ottima vista ed è usufruibile tutto il giorno perché, pur essendo ben esposta, permette di godere di ombra e fresco. La signora Virginia mette inoltre a disposizione un grande barbecue. Altri elementi degni di nota sono l'ampio bagno con lavatrice, i materassi ortopedici sui quali si riposa divinamente e la cabina dispensa. Tutte le rifiniture dell'appartamento e gli arredi sono di prima scelta, ma è la disponibilità della padrona di casa che fa la differenza! Torneremo certamente!

Le meravigliose spiagge ogliastrine

Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, la casa di Virginia è curata nei particolari quindi accogliente e molto spaziosa con una bella veranda dove poter mangiare e prendere il fresco. Le spiagge, bellissime e grandi, sono vicine e facilmente raggiungibili. La signora Virginia e' discreta e disponibile. Vacanza sicuramente consigliata😉?

Il soggiorno perfetto

La casa è davvero bella, curata e pulita. C'è tutto quanto necessario e anche di più. Qualche esempio: dispensa molto capiente in cucina, lavatrice in bagno con utili programmi per lavaggi veloci, ampi spazi armadio e cassetti per riporre la biancheria. Il pezzo forte è il grande terrazzo dal quale si ammira un paesaggio mozzafiato pieno di verde. La signora Virginia è piena di attenzioni ed è chiaro che il suo desiderio è che il soggiorno sia perfetto. Cosi è. Grazie Virginia. Lo consiglio a tutti e noi stessi ci ritorneremo senz'altro.

Agréable sejour dans un des appartements de la maison

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un des appartements de la maison qui etait propre et avec une terrasse avec une belle vue et dans une belle region. Nous avons eu cependant assez chaud la nuit lié à l absence de climatisation ou de ventilateur. Nous aurions apprécié avoir comme précision que la location se faisait dans un des appartements de la maison au premier étage et qu il ne s agit donc pas de louer une maison entière.

Très bon endroit pour découvrir la Sardaigne !

Location très bien située au calme et proche de belles plages.Toutes les commodités à proximité pour l'alimentation, le carburant etc. Belle terrasse pour prendre le petit-déjeuner avec le soleil du matin.Virginia vous donnera toutes les indications nécessaires pour la réussite de votre séjour. Ne manquez pas la découverte du golfe d'Orosei et ses plages aux eaux cristallines , Pedra Longa, Lido di Orri ! Très bien aussi pour ceux qui aiment la randonnée dans des endroits restés très sauvages puisque l'on passe en peu de temps du littoral aux paysages de montagne. Un bel endroit pour ceux qui aiment la mer et apprécient la beauté des espaces naturels. Nous n'avons que de bons souvenirs Merci !

Blick in die Natur - Erholung pur!

Wir verlebten eine wundervolle Zeit in Girasole. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und vefügt über eine große Terrasse. Frau Murru versorgte uns mit leckeren Früchten und war jederzeit gern zu Auskünften bereit. Der Strand in der Nähe ist traumhaft und für Ruheliebende sehr zu empfehlen. Ci siamo divertiti a Girasole. L'appartamento è molto amplio e ha una terrazza grande. La signora Murru ci ha fornito frutta deliziosa durante la vacanza e ci ha sempre risposto gentilmente alle nostre domande. La spiaggia che si trova vicino all'appartamento è raccomandabile se si vuole godere la tranquillità.

Heimisch gefühlt!

Die Wohnung war gut und wohnlich ausgestattet, man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Auch war sie sehr sauber. Die Angaben des Inserates waren richtig, schade war nur, dass der Fernseher nur italienische Sender empfangen konnte. Toll war die besonders gemütliche Bettmatratze! Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr freundliche und einfühlsame Frau, die sehr hilfsbereit ist und sehr am Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert ist. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und doch sehr gut, weil man sehr schnell mit dem Auto an vielen interessanten Orten ist. Rundherum sind wunderbare Traumstrände und tolle Berglandschaften! Wir würden jederzeit die Wohnung wieder mieten und sie unseren Freunden empfehlen! Danke Virginia

Tres belle location

Location correspondant à la description et aux photos .Le jardin est magnifique aussi verdoyant que sur les photos même en plein été.Location très propre et très calme. La propriétaire Virginia parle un peu français et est d'une très grande gentillesse. Les plages sont proches et magnifiques. On peut faire ces courses dans le village de Girasole à pied (boucher supermarché pharmacie bar et pizzeria).

L'appartement a été tout ...

L'appartement a été tout à fait conforme à sa description. Tout est extrêmement propre, confortable, spacieux, pratique et vue de la terrasse qui donne sur les champs est très jolie.Il ne manque absolument rien dans la maison. La localité de Girasole est calme, tranquille à 2 mn à pied du centre et à 5 mn de Tortoli et d'Arbatax. Cet emplacement est super pour aller sur toutes les plages environnantes de la côte qui sont absolument magnifiques et très proches de Girasole .Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles de douceur, de visite, de ballades, de sortie en mer. Le plus a été l’extrême gentillesse de la propriétaire : serviable, discrète, toujours soucieuse de faire plaisir et d'échanger. Son accueil a été remarquable et ses attentions nombreuses : vin et gâteaux à notre arrivée, sans parler des efforts pour nous rendre service et de ses précieux conseils pour les sorties. Je recommande sincèrement cet endroit pour toutes ses qualités confortable, agréable, pratique, et l'accueil merveilleux de sa propriétaire!

"Ho trascorso una belliss...

"Ho trascorso una bellissima settimana di soggiorno, l''ambiente è tranquillo e il mare splendido, oltre venti spiagge sono in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di tutti, la prima si trova a due minuti di bici o di auto dalla casa vacanza. Questa è spaziosa, con un vasto soggiorno, separato dal cucinotto, e due divani da quattro posti, di cui uno si può trasformare, se l''esigenza ricorre, in divano/letto matrimoniale. A noi sono bastate le camere. Anche la terrazza è spaziosa, ben arredata con comode poltrone, tavolo in ferro battuto e sedie per consumare i pasti all''aperto. Il cucinotto è completo di tutto, a fianco c''è la dispensa con un utilissimo scaffale e altri contenitori per riporre la spesa e altro ancora. La casa è quasi nuova ed è stata rifinita con ogni cura, per accedervi c''è solo una rampa di scale dal giardino, che è a disposizione delle famiglie ospiti, non si trova all''ultimo piano di chissà quale palazzina, si tratta di una villetta normale. La proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile per orientarci sulle località balneari circostanti, i ristoranti e per qualsiasi nostra richiesta d''informazione. Consiglio a chiunque un soggiorno in questa splendida casa vacanza"

"L''appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica e in 5 minuti è possibile raggiungere molte spiagge e le città di tortili, Santa maria navarrrse, arbatax ... . Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole, sia per quanto riguarda ''abitazione: si trova all''ultimo piano di una grande casa, è molto fresco e ventilato e, per quanto riguarda gli arredi e le attrezzature è come descritto nel sito. Un punto in più a suo favore è la meravigliosa terrazza in cui e possibile consumare tutti i pasti dalla colazione alla cena. La padrona di casa Virginia abita al piano sottostante è molto cortese e discreta, perqualsoasi informazione o richiesta."

It's about a wonderful apartment with garden, near Arbatax, in the Eastern coast of Sardinia, at 2 minutes from the first beach, one of the best place of the island, as regards the landscape, where within a few km, you can reach about 24 beaches, all wonderful. This area is equipped with every infrastructure as regards tourist field, such as port and airport (Arbatax-Tortolì), and every service belongs to this sector.
