Exceptionnaly situated in the old Villers, this very comfortable and bright apartment with a nice decoration is recently renewed.
Immediate access to the beach and to all shops and services.
Very usefull at 100m a minimarket opened 7 day a week : from monday till saturday from 7am to 9pm and on Sundays from 8.30 to 12am.
Park places available in the residence.
Pleasant environment, in an impasse thus very quiet.
For your comfort : flat TV screen, TNT reception, ceramic hob, multifunction microwaves and grill.
At your disposal : waffle iron, 3 in 1 device raclette/pierrade/grill, pressure cooker, blender and beach equipment : beach umbrella and 4 arm chairs.

"We found this apartment ...

"We found this apartment to be quite clean and comfortable and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is half a block from the beach and two blocks from the town center, where there were several bakeries and a good assortment of shops and restaurants. The only drawback was the wireless internet, which is NOT in the apartment, but is provided by the Tourism Office (for 5 euro/week) in the town center only (and didn't work on any of my devices)."

Merveilleux!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits formidables dans cet appartement qui est vraiment parfait. L'emplacement est genial, toutes les commodités sont accessible à pied, la plage à même pas 5 minutes, les commerces en 15 minutes maxi! Et pourtant c'est très calme (il y avait beaucoup de monde à Villers) L'appartement est très bien agencé avec 2 chambres assez spacieuses et il est vraiment bien équipé, surtout quand on voyage avec un bébé. Rien ne manquait. La literie est très bien aussi. Nous avons tous bien dormi. L'arrivée et le depart ce sont également très bien déroulé. Nous avons vraiment profité de notre séjour de A à Z. Merci

Très bon emplacement près de la mer ,,bel immeuble de caractère mais beaucoup d’appareil électrique défectueux : une seule plaque de cuisson à la fois ,pas de four ,bouilloire ne marche pas ,aspirateur ne marche pas .on a passé quand même de bonnes vacances

Very nice place

Ons verblijf was prima. Alleen viel op de 2e dag onze elektriciteit eruit. Gelukkig is dat maar bij 1 dag gebleven en kwamen ze gelijk kijken en het maken. Bleek aan de stekkerdoos te liggen. Ook liep het water niet goed door en moesten we uiteindelijk hier iets voor halen om door te laten spoelen. Maar verder was het een prima verblijf. Mooie ruime kamers en je hebt alles bij de hand wat je nodig hebt. Ook heerlijk dicht bij de zee. Zeer vriendelijk contact persoon Sylvie, die via de app contact had met ons en zo dingen voor ons kon regelen. Erg prettig.

Tout était nickel , pas de surprise VS l'annonce . La location est parfaitement équipée pour l'accueil d'un bébé , cela permet de voyager plus "léger" , elle est idéalement située , très proche de la plage et du centre , tout en étant au calme .

Globalement très satisfaite

Emplacement parfait pour cet appartement, on accède à tout à pied très rapidement. Nous avons grandement apprécié la mise à disposition de tout le matériel bébé nécessaire. L'appartement est plutôt très correct, seul gros point noir la salle de bain qui aurait besoin d'une réfection complète (ainsi que l'un des volets de la cuisine qui n'a plus d'accroche pour le maintenir ouvert et qui donc se referme dès qu'il y a un peu de vent, dommage pour la vue sur mer !)

L appartement est assez grand mais vétuste, surtout la salle de bain. Et les propriétaire ne laisse même pas le minimum vital comme une pastille lave vaisselle ou du liquide vaisselle. Par contre, la location est à deux pas de la mer et du centre ville.

La description de l'appartement était correcte dans l'annonce. La propriété est correcte. Un peu dans un état vieux , mais bien pour quelques jours de vacances. Le ménage peut être mieux , notamment au niveau de la salle de bain, et de la cuisine. Nous avons eus un problème de chauffage dans la chambre de ma fille , qui a attrapée froid deux jours plus tard... L’électricité doit être revue pour que le disjoncteur ne saute pas quand on a plusieurs radiateurs allumés en même temps. La mer et les commerces très proches , coté très agréable pour se reposer. Honfleur et Deauville pas loin. tres sympa pour un aller retour la journée. Les propriétaires aimables au téléphone ,d'un bon conseil et a l’écoute.

Location d'appartement à Villers-sur-Mer

"Nous avons adoré notre petit séjour à Villers-sur-Mer. Le seul petit bémol que nous avons à apporter est de ne pas y être demeuré plus longtemps. Les propriétaires, Annie et Michel sont super gentils et très accueillants. Ils nous ont eux-mêmes accueillis. L''appartement était très propre et confortable. La dernière soirée nous l''avons passé sur la plage à danser et à fêter la fin de la saison. Très très agréable. Merci, merci, merci et qui sait au plaisir de vous revoir soit ici au Canada ou bien une autre fois en France."

"Appartement très joliment meublé et décoré, idéalement situé. L''équipement est très satisfaisant. L''immeuble date de 1930 et est peut-être un peu sonore, mais le voisinage a été discret.Nous sommes contents de notre semaine."
