I invite you to explore our townhouse (approximately 150 m²), located 50 metres from city centre, featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

This luxurious historic home, in perfect condition, was purchased in 2006 and completely renovated. In fact, we spend several weeks there each year.
It’s equipped with everything you need to feel at home and enjoy a great holiday (including dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and TV), whether you’re with family or entertaining friends.

It’s ideally located, close to city centre and the old port of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île.
You’ll be near the pedestrian “Grand Rue,” the beaches, various shops and restaurants, and many lively spots.

Its walled garden ensures peace and quiet for you and your children, as well as complete safety.
Upstairs, you’ll also find a sun terrace.

With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a shower room, the house can accommodate up to eight people.
It is equipped with one large bed (140x200 cm) and six beds (90x190 cm), including one bunk bed. All beds are covered with comforters, and a few extra blankets are also available.

Whenever possible, we like to be there to meet the guests and help them discover the charm of this house.

The house is rented with water and electricity included, but end-of-stay cleaning and linens are not included.
A rental agreement is drawn up with the owners.
A 40% deposit is required upon signing, with the balance due 30 days before check-in, as well as a security deposit of €1,000 by uncashed check.
Finally, the tenant must have holiday third-party insurance.
Two-week rentals are preferred during the summer.
