Gianni hat uns sehr herzlich am späten Abend in Empfang genommen. Zur Begrüßung gab es leckeres Gebäck und kühle Getränke.Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, Spielsachen,Strandzubehör waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten zu fuss zum Strand laufen und abends zu den Restaurants.Der Strand ist wunderschön. Sehr empfehlenswert.Vielen Dank für alles und beste Grüsse ,Annette und Martin

Schöne Zeit

Urlaub an der Costa Rei ist ja schon ein Erlebnis für sich, wenn aber noch eine schöne Unterkunft dazukommt ist einfach alles gut. Wir wurden von unseren Gastgeber überaus freundlich empfangen und sorgfältig in die Immobilie eingewiesen die über ein schöne große Terrasse und einen sehr gepflegten Garten verfügt. Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet, die Betten bequem. Das Badezimmer war blitzsauber wie übrigens das ganze Haus. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an unseren Gastgeber

casa vacanza pulita, comoda e in ottima posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nella casa del sig. Gianni, persona a modo, gentile, disponibile e accogliente. La casa è in ottima posizione, sia per il centro paese che per la spiaggia. Pulita e curata nei dettagli. Il giardino intorno la casa è stato molto utile e comodo per i figli e non solo. È stato un soggiorno piacevole che consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole tranquillità e comodità. Sicuramente ci torneremo ancora. Loris

Mare e ralex

Spazio ideale per una famiglia con bambini. Servizi fuori porta e mare splendido e adatto ai più piccoli a due passi. Casa pulita, climatizzata e molto ben tenuta con veranda esterna sempre ombreggiata e giardino fiorito e verdissimo. Silenzio e discrezione quando lo si desidera e piazzetta principale in fondo alla via per il movimento serale. Ottimo Gianni, grazie dell'ospitalità!

Villetta splendida, con tutto il necessario per rendere una vacanza in pieno comfort con bambini piccoli. Lavatrice molto apprezzata e usata. Proprietario squisito che ad ogni richiesta risponde senza indugio.Il prezzo sembrava un pochino più alto della media ma non ce ne siamo pentiti. Grazie mille speriamo di tornare

L annonce est tout à fait conforme à la réalité: maison bien équipée, propre, agréable, à proximité des plages, des commerces (on peut s'y rendre aisément à pied), Le propriétaire est extraordinaire: sympathique, serviable, disponible et en plus il parle français ! Confiance absolue. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous reviendrons. En plus, la région est très belle et les gens très aimables. Nous conseillons vivement cette location !! MERCI. Roger et Brigitte.

vacanze in sardegna

La villetta è molto bella, ben curata e risponde in pieno alle caratteristiche descritte, é dotata di ogni necessità, fresca la notte, giardino grande. Il posto auto di fronte casa è scomodo in quanto la stradina di accesso è stretta ed in salita, ma si può facilmente ovviare in quanto a pochi metri vi è parcheggio ampio e gratuito. E' vicina al mare, ai negozi, in zona centrale. Il proprietario è persona squisita. In sintesi la consiglio soprattutto a chi desidera essere comodo al mare e godersi la vacanza in tranquillità.

Stiamo provvedendo a rendere la stradina del parcheggio di fronte alla casa più comoda. anche se i parcheggi liberi più ampi e più comodi sono vicini alla casa.
