Villa Costa Rei via dell'orchidea Snc

Terraced house (free on three sides), 800 meters from the beach, located on Mount Nai; Traffic-free area and therefore very quiet.

It has a small garden with barbecue and access to an outdoor shower. Ideal for a family of 4 (max 6); it consists of an entrance, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a very large room that serves as a sleeping and relaxing corner on one side with closable bunk beds and a double sofa bed and, on the opposite side, from the kitchen which is connected to the panoramic terrace. The terrace is covered.

The bed and bath linen is not included, but it is possible to rent it.

Alles ganz wunderbar. Sehr netter Empfang. Kommunikation ganz unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Die Wohnung und die Lage sind perfekt. Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Küche könnte nicht besser ausgestattet sein. Ausstattung und Einrichtung alles gut durchdacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Danke!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Unsere Zeit hat mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang begonnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet mit hochwertigem Zubehör. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die Terrasse hat einen wundervollen Blick auf den Strand & Berge und wir haben das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen dort immer genossen. Vielen Dank für die Kaktusfeigen! Es war ein Highlight für die Kinder! Die Außendusche ist super!! Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!!

Tolle Lage

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine leckere Süßigkeit und eine Flasche sardischen Wein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzigste Nachteil waren die lauten Nachbarn, die sehr dicht gebaut, an der Wohnung lebten. Wenn es klappt, würden wir gerne wieder kommen 🥰

Ottimo appartamento

Casa molto bella e curata nei dettagli, fornita di tutto il necessario, piccola ma accogliente e organizzata bene. 10 punti per la doccia calda esterna, unica pecca la mancanza del forno( che noi usiamo tanto, anche d' estate) e la poca privacy per la stretta vicinanza con gli altri alloggi. I proprietari persone gentili e disponibili, ci hanno prestato anche un passeggino che per mancanza di spazio in auto non avevamo potuto portare. Superfluo sottolineare la bellezza del posto e delle spiagge di Costa Rei. Da ripetere!

Nella casa c'è tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno ottimale (compresa una comodissima doccia esterna). La Sig.ra Susanna e il Sig. Antonio sono stati da subito accoglienti, disponibili e gentili. La posizione è ottimale per visitare la bella Costa Rei e la zona circostante. Consigliatissimo!

Vacanza spensierata!!!

La casa è molto gradevole con un terrazzo dalla vista mozzafiato! I signori Antonio e Susanna sono stati molto accoglienti, attenti alle nostre esigenze e capaci di attrezzare la casa di tutto ciò che occorre per una vacanza spensierata: meravigliosa la doccia esterna, utilissimi l'ombrellone e le sdraiette per la spiaggia, il barbecue, sono solo alcuni esempi. Un valore aggiunto è la loro simpatia e gentilezza.

Vacanza memorabile

Appartamento con giardino e terrazzo con vista stupenda su Costa Rei, confortevole e completo di tutto ciò che è indispensabile. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle della zona, ma con la possibilità di raggiungere la spiaggia di Costa Rei anche a piedi, a circa un km e mezzo di distanza.
