Perfecto por el trato recibido tanto por la propietaria, como por las personas que gestionan la estancia en cuanto recibimiento, limpieza, reposición de sábanas, etc El apartamento mejora respecto a las fotografías. Es cierto que hay una cuesta pronunciada para llegar a él, pero está muy cerca del centro. Recomendable.

Vacaciones tranquilas

El piso esta muy bien ubicado, queda todo muy cerca, solo hay q bajar una cuestecita y ya casi estas en el paseo de Ribadesella. La dueña es muy maja y atenta incluso mando informacion sobre senderos q se pueden hacer a los alrededores. Por poner un pero....tuvimos al llegar q limpiarlo porque habia restos de haber pintado y mucho polvo en los muebles supongo q seria un momento puntual.

Apartamento centrico, muy bien equipado, limpio, amplio, por ponerlo un pero la cuestecita para llegar. La primera vez que no me decepcionan las fotos a la realidad. La dueña muy atenta en todo momento. Unas vacaciones fenomenales.

Totalmente recomendable tanto por situación al lado del centro, como por su comodidad y su limpieza.

Hemos estado muy agusto en el piso, por su comodidad y su limpieza. Se llega al centro en un momento, como tiene plaza de parking si tienes que coger el coche no es un impedimento. Totalmente recomendable.

El apartamento es cómodo y espacioso además de tener buenas plazas de aparcamiento cerca. Próximo al centro de la villa y recomendable para gente que quiera acercarse a pasar unos días a Ribadesella. En general la estancia ha sido agradable y recomendable.

Realmente acogedor

Un apartamento muy acogedor, bien diseñado, bien equipado, incluye la plaza de garaje, apartado del bullicio y a 2 minutos del centro del pueblo andando La Dueña, aún no conociendola personalmente, puedo decir qué es una persona encantadora, atenta y servicial , al igual que la señora que se encarga de la limpieza y de entregar/recoger las llaves , para 4 personas es ideal

Location très agréable, à conseiller

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, sa situation permet de se rendre à pied en ville ou à la plage très rapidement. La résidence est calme, récente et bien entretenue. La propriétaire s'est montrée très disponible et sympathique lors de nos échanges par email (dans un français parfait), elle nous a envoyé un descriptif très complet des lieux à visiter, des restaurants sur place et des spécialités locales, ce qui nous a été très utile. Les formalités de location (contrat, caution...) se sont déroulées rapidement et de façon exemplaire. La seule petite difficulté à anticiper avant votre arrivée, en l'absence de la propriétaire, est l'étape du passage à l'agence de location, car le loyer est exigé le premier jour, et les chèques et cartes bleues ne sont pas acceptés. (Attention le gérant de l'agence parle uniquement espagnol, mieux vaut réviser avant !). Excellent séjour !

"El apartamento está separado del mismo centro de Ribadesella por una pequeña cuesta, corta pero empinada. Limpio, amplio, cómodo y luminoso, tiene una cocina muy bien equipada. El lugar es muy tranquilo y no se oyen ruidos. La dueña, en todo momento, se ha ocupado y preocupado por saber si estabamos bien alojados o necesitábamos algo. Hemos estado muy agusto y es de agradecer la atención mostrada por la dueña."
