In a flowery and quiet alley in the heart of Ars en Re, nice house renovated. It has 5 bedrooms
3 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 with a double bed and a bathroom; Other 2 with single beds, leaving the possibility of using them in singles or doubles real (160). Each room has a corner sink and shower and separate toilet.
2 bedrooms upstairs: one with 2 single beds that can assemble into double bed (160); 1 with a single bed and a wooden cot. A bathroom separates the two rooms.
The kitchen is spacious and bright, large table is set up for the meal inside.
The living room overlooks the pretty courtyard garden, which can be illuminated at night. A flat screen TV is planned for the evening TV!
2 During sunny: one where you can store bikes, surfboards and surfing (a tap with hose is scheduled to rinse their feet back from the beach, the second has a large table for outdoor dining and lounge chairs for relaxing.

Ruhig, perfekte Lage, viel Platz für eine Familie, sehr nette Vermieterin

Wir haben 11 Tage sehr erholsame Tage in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist groß, gemütlich und liegt sehr ruhig. In der Küche findet sich alles, was es braucht. Im kleinen Garten kann man sich windgeschützt sonnen. Die Lage in Ars ist perfekt, der Supermarkt und der Bäcker sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Pascale war sehr angenehm, schnell und reibungslos. Sie ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin! Gerne kommen wir bei Gelegenheit wieder.

Grande maison agréable

Belle ambiance chaleureuse dans cette maison à la déco que nous avons adorée. Beau petit village avec toutes commodités où nous avons aimé nous perdre à vélo ou à pied ! Village très propre et soigné.

Que du bonheur!

Maison vraiment agréable et idéalement située au coeur d'Ars. On fait tout à pied ou à vélo. Lumineuse, spacieuse, calme et très bien équipée. Sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, éponge, papier WC, etc... : tout ce qu'il faut pour démarrer le séjour sans forcément devoir se précipiter de toute urgence au supermarché après une longue route. Ce n'est pas si fréquent et c'est appreciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci aussi pour les conseils (loueur vélos tout proche très bien)
