It 'an historic house located in the characteristic Rione Rocks where once were launched more than 200 sailing ships ocean, directly overlooking the sea and the spianggia. All the accommodation has been completely renovated in 2013/2014 and the decor is cozy, elegant, practical and functional. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities: air conditioning, terrace with wonderful sea view of Portofino, modern fitted kitchen. All this makes it an ideal base for lovers of the sea and relaxing break. It can accommodate up to four people and four-legged friends are allowed on request.

Tolle Lage

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal hier und waren wieder begeistert von der tollen Lage direkt am Meer. Morgens zur Haustüre raus und gleich einen leckeren Cappuccino trinken oder die Möglichkeit haben zu Mittag/Abendessen auf dem schönen Platz direkt vor dem Haus, haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Una finestra sul mare!

Appartamento incantevole e funzionale, direttamente sul mare, comodo e in zona pedonale, perfetto per passeggiare con i bambini e locali aperti in ogni dove! Consigliatissimo e ci torneremo anche noi. La signora Gabriella è molto gentile e disponibile

Familienferien am Meer

Die zentrale Lage der schönen Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand, die Nähe zu den Bars, Bahnhof & der schmucken Altstadt von Chiavari mit wenig Touristen, haben wir sehr genossen! Abends bis spät nachts mussten wir leider die Dachfenster geschlossen halten, um Geräusch & Abluft einer Küchenlüftung im Haus nicht in die Wohnung zu lassen. Abwaschmittel, Tabs & Salz für den Geschirrspühler & Ersatz Wc Rollen müssen selber organisiert werden.

sehr nette gastgeber, freundlich und sympatisch. sehr zuvorkommend. wohnung in sehr schönem zustand, alles sauber und gepflegt der strand ist gleich über den platz. wir haben diese woche wie im paradies genossen. nur bei der anreise war die parkplatzsuche nicht so einfach. war dann aber auch kein problem dank des gastgebers. vielen dank

Soggiorno splendido

Location spettacolare in riva al mare. Appartamento ristrutturato sapientemente in antica casa risalente al '600. Posizione incantevole e proprietari sempre molto gentili con gli ospiti. Infine direi qualcosa anche di Chiavari: citta' molto bella, anch'essa antica e in posizione strategica per vedere la Riviera da Genova alle 5 Terre (ovviamente in treno, se volete gustarvi da vicino i paesini affacciati sul mare). Buon cibo e gente cordiale. Non potevo chiedere di piu' .

La Goletta ha un balconcino da cui si può godere l'alba e un meravigliosa finestra in salotto che accompagna il tramonto del sole . Meglio di così!

Gern wieder

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Mehr, aufmerksame Gastgeber. Ein kleines Problem ist die Anfahrt: das Haus liegt in der Fußgängerzone, die Straße dahin ist eine Einbahnstraße, leider in die verkehrte Richtung. Das gibt zwar keinen Sinn, ist aber so. Parkplatz ist vorhanden auf einem unbefestigten, abgeschlossenen großen Hof, kosten aber € 40 pro Woche, das war nicht angegeben.

Casa molto curata posizione splendida

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana col nostro bambino di 5 anni e ci siamo trovati benissimo,casa ben arredata e firnita,la finestra sul mare vale da sola l’affitto. Terrazzino comodissimo. La spiaggia a 10 mt perfetta per il bambino. Su richiesta e’ disponibile posto auto(molto consigliato) Ristoranti e negozi vicini. La piazza sotto casa d’estate e’ isola pedonale e quindi ottima per far giocare il bambino. Torneremo sicuramente

viaggio veramente molto soddisfacente

ambiente molto curato, accogliente, con splendida vista mare, veramente piacevole in tutti i sensi. Penso che ritorneremo, ci siamo trovati molto bene anche per la gentilezza della Sig.ra Gabriella che ci ha persino fatto un regalo al momento della nostra partenza.

Entspannte Tage im Chiavari

...eigentlich ist am Meer in Italien viel schöner wenn es noch nicht so heiss ist, dass man sich nicht mehr bewegen mag... Gepflegte Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bar im Ergeschoss war prima für den abendlichen 'aperetivo', Empfehlung: 'portofino flower'. Optimaler 'Stützpunkt' für Wanderungen an der Küste und Bike-Touren ins Hinterland. mille grazie...

schöne wohnung mit meerblick

es war schon bei der Ankunft erfreulich, sehr freundlicher empfang die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt mit fantastischem meerblick der strand direkt vor der haustür alles praktisch , man braucht kein Auto die Besitzer sehr sympatisch es war eine sehr gelungene urlaubswoche sehr zu empfehlen

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit interessanter Geschichte

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung im Angebot trifft zu. Die kleine Wohnung, mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer, ist gut eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Es ist möglich ohne Auto unterwegs zu sein, der Bahnhof und die Stadtmitte sind in 10 Minuten einfach erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.

la goletta, graziosa accogliente.

è da parecchi anni che frequentiamo questa bellissima dimora, sia l'appartamento il clipper, sia la goletta. recentemente abbiamo trascorso due mesi nell'appartamento la goletta, dal quale si gode di una visuale direttamente sul mare con vista su portofino. la goletta si presenta luminosa arredato semplice, funzionale ma dotato di ogni confort. la signora gabriella molto cordiale attenta e mai invadente così come anche nicola il marito e tutta la famiglia. puntuali nel cambio settimanale della biancheria, pulita e profumata. e poi i dolcetti che puntualmente ci fa trovare ogni mattina all'ingresso. per noi è stato un soggiorno terapeutico che ci proponiamo di ripetere anche quest'anno. grazie,grazie, un abbraccio.

Appartamento La goletta presso Casa Gotuzzo

Ottimamente disposto:un ampio soggiorno si affaccia sul mare che è a pochi metri e la vista non ha paragoni.Arredamento sobrio ma curato nei minimi particolari con tanti piccoli oggetti di ottimo gusto che rendono molto piacevole il soggiorno.Se a ciò si aggiungono la cordialità,la simpatia e la disponibilità dei padroni di casa il giudizio non può che essere ottimo.

die Angaben im Online Inserat wurden übertroffen von einer wunderbaren, sauberen, liebevoll gepflegten Wohnung, welche wunderschön gelegen ist. Sehr ruhig, Aussicht aufs Meer, zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war sehr nett und herzlich, auf Wunsch Wechsel der Bettwäsche, Badetücher etc. möglich. Unbedingt zu empfehlen, besser geht es nicht. Wanderungen , Baden im Meer , schlendern in der schönen Altstadt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, guten Restaurants. Empfehlenswert, Botanischer Garten bei der Villa Rocca Mercato mit Lebensmitteln jeden Morgen bis ca. 13.00 Grosser Mercato jeden Freitag mit Allerlei Tamara und Susanne

Un angolo di storia e di mare

Una casa stupenda, carica di storia ma restaurata sapientemente e con tutti i comfort. Direttamente sul mare, è un sogno svegliarsi ogni mattina e sentire il rumore del mare. Nicola e Gabriella sono due persone eccezionali, attente ad ogni particolare ma nello stesso tempo invisibili e mai invadenti. Veramente grazie per due splendide settimane di riposo, di mare ed anche di divertimento.

Perfetta vacanza al mare - tranquillo e centrale

Ottimo appartamento, pulitissimo e moderno, dotato di ogni comfort ( TV satellitare, wifi, lavatrice, forno, microonde, etc). L appartamento si trova in una casa antica di 2 piani ma completamente ed ottimamente ristrutturato (e con ascensore!). Situato sulla passeggiata di Chiavari, o meglio nella Piazzetta dei Pescatori, tranquillissimo e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione e dal centro, camminando sul lungomare. Il salotto da sul mare, per cui si sente costantemente "la voce del mare". Fantastico, non avremmo potuto sognare di meglio !!! In aggiunta, i proprietari sono cordialissimi, riservati ma sempre disponibili per ogni informazione. Si sono persino offerti di venirci a prendere e accompagnarci alla stazione. Un grazie caloroso ... anche se un po' in ritardo !!!!
