This charming house with a large swimming pool with a vast sun terrace with deck chairs and a couch is 1500 m from Saint-Tropez Harbour. The garden, updated to modern tastes in 2013, offers a boules court. The villa features all mod cons and six air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own bathroom in two buildings.
The main building features a large eat-in living room opening onto the terraces. The kitchen and three bedrooms give onto a sea view suite. The outdoor dining area is under a delightful wisteria. The second building is brand new in the same style as the main building with three large bedrooms. Possible, the amenities include high quality Boose sound system and internet connection. The house is fully air-conditioned. There is a garage and rentals for scooters, cars, and boats at a preferential rate. We are 200m away from the food shops.

Excellent séjour, deux semaines avec nos enfants et petits-enfants, toute la famille de 10 personne chacun a pu trouver sa place. La villa est très confortable et décorée avec goût, on se sent chez soi. L’annexe est un plus. Toutes les chambres avec leur WC et sdb, permettent de vivre à son rythme et en toute intimité. Les espaces de vie, salon, salle à manger sont parfaits, et la cuisine avec un immense îlot central prolongé d’un comptoir repas parfait et convivial, ( qui a fait le bonheur de nos ados pour des grignotages entre eux, ou l’apéro….Un jardin bien fleuri autour d’une grande piscine , terrasse, très bien entretenus ; les petits déjeuners et repas sous une magnifique glycine…et une très belle vue sur un coin de mer. Équipement de la villa parfait, c’est une vraie maison de famille où le se sent très bien et comme chez soi. Très calme dans un domaine privé Villa sécurisée et garage plus parking.Merci pour l’accueil et le service disponible et réactif du concierge. Tout etait parfait.Les enfants l’on élue comme la villa préférée pour un nouveau séjour en famille.Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir confié leur maison.

het was een heel aangenaam verblijf. de woning is ideaal gelegen tegen St.Tropez. Een pluspunt is dat de bakker heel dicht bij is. je kon er 's morgens te voet naartoe. is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

We rented this house for the last 3 years. Such a nice place ! Every year we're really happy to come back with friends and family. The house is charming, very well equip and near Saint Tropez / Pampelonne. The owner is always kind to us. We'll come back soon !

La maison idéale pour nos vacances en famille, L'emplacement est parfait, on peut aller à la boulangerie (et autres petits commerces) à pied! ( coup de coeur pour le traiteur italien) Piscine magnifique avec un salon de jardin très agréable à toute heure. Des vacances réussies

Un vrai petit paradis à 2 pas du centre de St Tropez! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa pleine de charme, la maison était propre, le jardin très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont très agréables, avec un petit coup de cœur pour les chambres avec balcon vue mer! Nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis

Why they chose this property

We are fond of this house and its garden where we have shared happy moments. This wonderful region lends itself to a happy nature.
We fell in love with the beauty and the atmosphere in the village of Saint-Tropez. We enjoy going to the beach and love boats. In the off-season, we enjoy the magnificent hinterlands and the various golf courses.
An active life does not allow us to enjoy this house every day, which is why we rent it out for a few weeks a year.

What makes this property unique

A great location, everything is near to the peaceful setting, both the village and the port, looking out to sea. You can pick up your bread in the morning at the bakery, 300 m away. We look to make improvements to this well-kept house every year. It combines a Provencal style with a modern one (air con, sound system, alarm, Wi-Fi). The magnificent garden has night lighting and a heated swimming pool. You can also enjoy the outdoor dining area.
Feel free to receive guests.
We bought new bedding two years ago.
The house brings everything together for wonderful holidays just as we like them.
