The intriguing semplicity of a house in the middle of the green Tuscan countryside, privacy assured warm atmosphere for a refreshing break close to the nature.
It is an experience of full contact with the nature, just 45 minutes from Florence and not far from the airports of Bologna, Pisa and Forlì. The house is located in a dominant position on a hill and is reached by a country road and a path itineraries still acrossed by sheep herd. The complete absence of artificial lighting (the first inhabited village is 3km away) offer the magical view of a starry sky. A nice break among the scenes of the countryside, the clean and fresh air, the warm and fascinating fire light.... A rigenerating mix of special sensations to be enjoyed and shared with friends. Estancia muy recomendable

La propietaria, Gloria, es encantadora. Nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado y nos ha proporcionado información sobre la zona y los lugares a visitar. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos y está todo muy limpio y ordenado. Dispone de todos los servicios que se puedan necesitar. En cuanto a la ubicación, está en mitad de la montaña así que es perfecta si se busca naturaleza y relajación pero al mismo tiempo está a unos 40 minutos en coche de Florencia pudiéndose combinar el turismo de montaña con el de ciudad. El acceso no es muy bueno porque la carretera es estrecha, con curvas, y el último tramo no está asfaltado pero una vez te has acostumbrado tampoco es un gran inconveniente. Hemos tenido una feliz estancia en La Ginestra.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Einmalige Lage, klare Luft, Riesen - Park mit -zig Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Die Ausstattung ist komplett auf hohem Niveau, großzügige Bereitstellung von Handtüchern, Bettwäsche etc. Wanderkarten vorhanden. Gegenüber der Einfahrt Einstieg zum (ungepflegten, also wenig genutzten Etrusker - Wanderweg zum Monte Divino gegenüber der Einfahrt. Haus selbst blitzsauber. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermietung. Wir empfehlen die Mitnahme von ausreichend Mückenschutz aufgrund unserer Erfahrung in der 1. Septemberhälfte. - Halbstündige Bahnverbindung nach Florenz! *****
