Stay in Riantec

Fantastic house, spacious, right next to the sea, close to Port Louis. Kayak available to use. We had a great family holiday. Communication from host was very good. I would highly recommend.

Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, direkt am Meer.Momentan befindet sich eine Baustelle direkt nebenan, die allerdings im August still stand.Der Kontakt zu Hubert, dem Hausverwalter, war immer schnell und er ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.Der Zustand dieses sehr großzügig angelegten Hauses ist renovierungsbedürftig.Im Bad ist die Decke kaputt, es befindet sich in einigen Wohnräumen in den Ecken Schimmel bzw feuchte Stellen.Für 10 Personen, die dort nächtigen können, gab es 3 Sonnenliegen u 2 Auflagen u 2 Sonnensessel. Die Polster waren alt u durchgelegen. Eine uralte Biertischgarnitur stand auf der Terrasse.Der Sonnenschirm war defekt u unbrauchbar.Die Wohnzimmermöbel entsprechen nicht den Fotos.Badbeleuchtung war defekt. Die Badvorhänge waren teilweise schimmelig, eine Kloschüssel hatte eine Ecke raus.Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unserem Niveau.Die gesamte Einrichtung entspricht Jugendherbergsniveau; außer der Küche: sie war bis auf Kleinigkeiten ( Teller waren Ecken rausgebrochen) exzellent !Wassergläser wurden auf meine Bitte erneuert und ebenfalls eine nagelneue Kaffeemaschine.Der Garten war leider völlig ungepflegt, auch der Bereich, in dem die Kanu Boote lagen, war noch nicht mal gekehrt.Der WLAN Empfang war in Ordnung.Wir waren froh, dass wir unsere eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit hatten.Nach einigen Stunden Grundreinigung haben wir uns dann wohlgefühlt.

Tolle Lage

Hatten als fünfköpfige Familie eine tolle Woche. Das Haus ist toll gelegen und bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht. Teilweise ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden. Aber trotzdem ein schönes Domizil. Wir können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen und haben uns toll erholt.

Tolle Lage, Haus benötigt Überholung

Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum: direkter Wasserzugang, schöner kleiner Ort.Das Haus an sich ist auf den ersten Blick auch imposant, aber auf den zweiten Blick ist Einiges zu tun-hier ein paar Hinweise: In vielen Ecken ist Feuchtigkeit zu sehen und Schimmelflecken. Im Bad ist ein faußtgroßes Loch in der Decke, durch das Regenwasser in einer Auffangschüssel provisorisch aufgefangen wird. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hingegen wieder, bis auf 1-2 Kleinigkeiten, super.Es gibt 1 Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und WC und ein Bad mit Dusche. Dazu noch ein Gäste WC.Der Vermieter hat auf die oben genannten und weitere Hinweise und auf den Check out leider nicht reagiert..Hätte gerne 2,5 Sterne gegeben,was leider nicht geht

Superbe emplacement vue EXCEPTIONNELLE

Maison superbe mais des problèmes d'entretien. Literie moyenne. De très nombreuses lampes grillées. Pas de lumière au dessus de la plaque de cuisson. La propreté laissait à désirer..... ( sanitaires propres) .La Dame qui la gère est à notre écoute.

Tres belle mauson avec une superbe vue

Voyage en famille maison parfaite avec une vue splendide sur la mer ainsi qu une sortie sur la plage a maree basse. Toutes les chambres sont au rdc et les deux salles de bain ont une douces et il y a une baignoire dans l une.

Vacances inoubliables

Une maison de rêve, un endroit magnifique face à la mer !! Maisons très spacieuse pour des vacances en famille recomposée. Nous n'oublierons jamais cette semaine où le soleil et la chaleur étaient au rdv. 3 étoiles pour la propreté : les couettes et alèse tachés. Attention, 2 canoës prennent l'eau, nos ados se sont retrouvés à les ramener à la nage. alèses tachés

Superbe emplacement

Super week-end pascal dans une belle maison

Séjour trop court dans une maison agréable, spacieuse suffisamment bien équipée. La météo n’était pas au rendez-vous pour apprécier une balade en kayaks mais nous avons réussi à occuper notre temps entre quelques éclaircies pour découvrir les remparts de Port-Louis. Les commerces à proximité et la maison spacieuse avec un accès directe à la mer sont des atouts très appréciables.

Perfekte Unterkunft für die Familie

Wir hatten das Glück, im August und September insgesamt 3 Wochen die wunderbare Unterkunft gebucht zu haben. Wir waren 3 Generationen und insgesamt zu 6 Personen, und die Unterkunft hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Der Zugang zu Meer, das Erleben von Ebbe und Flut, die Möglichkeit, mit kleinen Kindern vor Ort in den nicht ganz so wilden Atlantik baden zu gehen, eine tolle große Küche mit sehr sehr guter Ausstattung, viele tolle Ziele in der Umgebung, eine kurze Fahrt bis zum "wilden" Atlantik, wir können das Haus einfach nur wärmstens empfehlen und und für die tolle und unkomplizierte Betreuung bedanken. Selbst als die Geschirrspühlmaschine kaputt gegangen ist war innerhalb von 24 Stunden eine neue eingebaut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, Danke Hubert für einen tollen Aufenthalt !!!

superbe endroit au contact de la petite mer

séjour agréable malgré une première semaine bien fraiche et pluvieuse. Accès direct à la mer avec géniale rampe d'accès à l'eau envahie par l'eau à marée haute pour profiter des kayaks et la pêche à pied à marée basse. Pièce de vie superbe avec grande baies ouvertes sur la petite mer. Grande disponibilité efficace de la conciergerie.
