Lovely bright apartment

Perfekte Lage und wunderbarer Balkon

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in der Ferienwohnung, wie auch andere Bewertungen geschrieben haben, können wir nur bestĂ€tigen, dass die Wohnung viel hĂŒbscher ist als auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand mit super Meerblick aus den Wohnzimmer und von dem Balkon. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit auf den Dach den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Was man wissen sollt, ist, dass man mehrere Treppen laufen muss um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den tollen Aufenthalt.

Excellent apartment. Pictures don't do it justice.Spacious and clean with a fabulous sun terrace overlooking the sea. Great local restaurants - down load a translation app as many don't speak English. Lola was fab, answering any questions we had and booking us a taxi to go back to the airport. Would highly recommend!

Mit Lola hatten wir sehr nette Kommunikation und alles war ganz unkompliziert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in eine Top-Lage. Juleferie i Arinaga

Dejligt sted, pĂŠn lejlighed med pragtfuld udsigt fra altanen over havet. En flot strandpromenade, hvor mange lokale promenerede og brugte stranden. Vejret var meget behageligt. Fantastic apartment

We loved our week in Lola’s apartment in Arinaga. Amazing views across the bay from the balcony. Very spacious and well equipped. Lola was very helpful when we had problems with keys and the tv. Quickly sorted. Arinaga is a lovely low key Spanish town. Brilliant for both beach and sea pool swimming. We were blessed with hot and sunny weather. We’d love to return.

Great holiday at the penthouse in Aranaga

This property is even nicer than it looks in the photos. Very comfortable sofa, nicely equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Nice touch that so many little extras were included - dishwasher tablets, washing powder, soap, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, salt, oil etc The balcony had fantastic views and we enjoyed some evening meals looking over the sea. I loved being able to always hear the sea. It is worth mentioning that the double bed is very firm, we used the 2 mattresses from the bunk beds on top which were great 😃 The host Lola was very welcoming and even gave us her personal mobile number so we could contact her via whats app.

Sehr schönes Apartment - und schön gelegen

Wir waren zu dritt (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind) im Oktober/November zwei Wochen hier. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß genug fĂŒr 5 Leute. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse! Jeden Morgen frĂŒhstĂŒcken mit Meerblick bei Sonnenaufgang ist schon wunderschön gewesen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war auch gut und problemlos. Der Strand vor der HaustĂŒr an sich ist nicht soo toll... Reicht aber zum Baden und spielen fĂŒr die Kinder auch super aus. Badeschuhe wĂŒrde ich empfehlen, da es doch fast ĂŒberall dort sehr steinig ist. Ein Spar Supermarkt ist etwa 1,5 Gehminuten entfernt und hat jeden Tag geöffnet. Der Ort an sich bietet nicht viel Sehenswertes, aber da wir sowieso einen Mietwagen hatten war das egal... Gran Canaria hat abseits von Arinaga genug super tolle Orte zum besuchen! Auch erwĂ€hnenswert finde ich: hier gibt es keinen Massentourismus.... Ganz im Gegensatz zu Maspalomas. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen... Vielleicht kommen wir nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder :-)

Petit paradis sur mer

mérité aprÚs 3 étages à pied! deuxiÚme fois dans cet appart calme avec superbe terrasse au soleil . parking facile dans la rue. Supermarchés et plage proches. En février pas de bain pour nous mais de trÚs belles randonnées à faire. Prévoir des pulls car le soleil rentre peu dans l 'appart et dehors il y a souvent du vent Lola la gérante est trÚs sympa et à votre disposition. Merci. Nous espérons revenir

Superbe terrasse en premiĂšre ligne front de mer

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans ce grand appartement bien Ă©quipĂ© et trĂšs calme loin du tourisme de masse. Petit dĂ©jeuner le matin au lever du soleil sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer. TrĂšs bon matelas et cuisine bien amĂ©nagĂ©e. Places de parking disponibles, magasins d'alimentation et bons restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©. Situation idĂ©ale comme lieu de dĂ©part pour excursions sur cette magnifique Ăźle. Excellent Accomodations

Fantastic 3rd Floor Apartment. Clean and Modern. Everything you could want, fantastic views, the pictures are accurate. King, Full and Bunk Twins. Matrasses are a bit dated, but otherwise, everything was wonderful. Host was fantastic and went out of her way to make sure the check-in was easy. Definitely not a tourist area, but still plenty of great restaurants, mostly seafood, but also fantastic pizza and bakeries. A small grocery very close, and plenty of ice cream. I spoke only broken spanish and it wasn't an issue in the area, almost everyone was able to converse in English with us if needed. The front door literally lets out to the walkway along the shore. Amazing access to everything in Arinaga. Great central location on Gran Canaria, short drive to Maspalomas if you want the tourist traps, quick access to the mountain roads, and only 15 minutes from the airport. Las Palmas is only 25 minutes.

Nur die Terrasse hat ĂŒberzeugt !

Bad war OK ! Schlafzimmerfenster könnte zum LĂŒften nicht benutzt werden sonst Kanalgeruch Der KĂŒhlschrank in der KĂŒche laermte die ganze Nacht. KĂŒchenausstattung mĂŒsste Mal wieder komplettiert werden. Das Highlight war die Terrasse , aber man musste viele Treppen bewĂ€ltigen, Aufzug wurde vor langer Zeit stillgelegt!

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Tolle und große Wohnung in bester und trotzdem ruhiger Lage direkt an der Promenade, am Strand und am Atlantik. Absolutes Highlight der Wohnung ist die große und vor Wind und Blicken geschĂŒtzte Dachterasse, die vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang zum Verweilen einlĂ€dt. Unkomplizierte und sehr nette Kommunikation mit Lola. Problemlose Abwicklung der Bezahlung und SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe. Wir haben uns super wohlgefĂŒhlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Traumhafte Terrasse, einschlafen mit Meeres rauschen!

Mein Mann (70 Jahre) und ich (62 Jahre alt) haben eine traumhaft schöne Woche in der Wohnung von Frau Alvarez Anfang MĂ€rz 2020 verbracht. Die großzĂŒgige Terrasse ist rechts und links gegen den Wind aber auch gegen Blicke von Nachbarn gesichert. so kann man bis zum abend ganz fĂŒr sich alleine im Liegestuhl dösen und der Brandung lauschen. Einen Esstisch mit StĂŒhlen gibt es, so dass man bereits zum Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse frĂŒhstĂŒcken kann. Das etwa 1,60 breite Bett hat eine super gute Matratze! Wir haben selten so gut in einer Ferienwohnung geschlafen! Und als mein Mann in einer Nacht sehr schnarchen musste, konnte er einfach in ein weiteres Schlafzimmer umziehen! Platz ist in der Wohnung genug! In der KĂŒche findet man von einer Waschmaschine, einer Mikrowelle, dem Backofen sogar einen "Zausberstab", eine Saftpresse, Töpfe, Pfannen und einen großen KĂŒhlschrank! Alles ist vorhanden! Auch auf schöne WeinglĂ€ser muss man nicht verzichten. Der nĂ€chste Supermarkt fĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbrot liegt zwei Minuten entfernt und hat von 7.30 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet! Viele Restaurants liegen fußlĂ€ufig von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir waren fĂŒnfmal am Abend in unserer Urlaubswoche essen und jedesmal in einem anderen Restaurant, in dem man ĂŒbrigens selten auf Touristen trifft, sondern vor allem auf einheimische GĂ€ste. Jedesmal sehr zufrieden! Von Ziege bis Krake gab es alles zu essen, was wir uns wĂŒnschten! Aber auch zu Hause auf der Terrasse und in der schönen KĂŒche machte das Kochen und Essen Spaß! Schade, dass wir nur eine Woche Zeit hatten! Wir waren fast tĂ€glich mit dem Mietauto unterwegs und haben uns die Insel angeschaut und drei sehr schöne Wanderungen gemacht! Einen Parkplatz haben wir am Abend immer in der NĂ€he der Wohnung gefunden! Etwas nachteilig an Arinaga ist, dass es im Ort keinen Sandstrand gibt und durch den starken Wind die Brandung oft sehr wild schien. Wir sind deshalb an anderen StrĂ€nden zum schwimmen gewesen. Unsere Vermieterin, Frau Lola Alverez, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Sie hat uns fĂŒr den ersten Abend Wein und Wasser kalt gestellt, auch Brot, Obst und Schinken lag als Gastgeschenk fĂŒr uns bereit! Wir konnten Frau Alvarez jederzeit telefonisch kontaktieren, wenn wir eine Frage hatten! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche und können diesen Platz sehr empfehlen!

excellent séjour avec superbe vue sur la mer

Nous reviendrons dans ce lieu loin du tourisme de masse.L appart en front de mer est calme et bien aménagé, la terrasse est trÚs ensoleillée, la gérante est trÚs sympa et fait tout pour nous aider et nous informer. Internet fonctionne bien. Noter que le parking annoncé est dans la rue mais on trouve facilement une place gratuite. Attention,il faut monter 3 étages à pied! Celà nous entraine pour les magnifiques randonnées à faire dans la région

Very nice apartment in a good location. And excellent service as well.

The property is almost luxurious even if it’s already a bit old. The terrace is wonderfull. The only minus was a dog barking continuously in the downstair apartment, when left alone. But that is not a matter of this apartment. The land lady was very kind and beautiful too 😜

Great Appartment

The apartment is very large around 900sqft. It is clean and well kept (unlike most hotels). Whoever commissioned the construction spent a lot on the marble, granite and hardwood decor. It was all finished to a high standard and looked like it had been made in a joinery shop. I was also impressed by the traditional coving throughout. The advertising images on the website are terrible, they make the place look rubbish. I assure you it isn't. Arinage itself is fairly run down, there is definitely a feeling of poverty. Some junkies are often making deals in the main seafront area. Sorry to the Owner because I kept putting our scooter in the hallway, nobody parks in the street. Despite the run-down feeling, Arinage is pleasant because there are no chav tourists around. There are no neon light bars, or chav expats touting you an English breakfast or painful karaoke night. Around the corner is a learner windsurf beach, you can walk to it. It's fairly desolate but pleasant. We were concerned that it is only 5 miles from the airport, but we didn't notice any plane noise. The only improvement is that the owner needs to leave a heater. We got the flu and really needed it.

Fantastisk semester i Arinaga den lilla fiskebyn inte lÄngt frÄn flygplatsen

Vi Àr mkt nöjda med boendet som ligger precis intill strandpromenaden. Vi vaknade till ljudet av hav och vÄgor och somnade till det samma. LÀgenheten pÄ tredje vÄningen passade oss precis och hade den utrustning som vi behövde. Lugnt och stilla bÄde i huset och omgivningarna vilket bidrog till trivsel och avkoppling. LÀgenhetens Àgare Àr positiv och lÀtt att ha kontakt med. Hon fanns pÄ plats nÀr vi anlÀnde och hjÀlpte oss tillrÀtta. Den balkong som hörde till lÀgenheten var fantastisk och dÀr njöt vi av bÄde mÄltider och hÀrliga stunder i solen. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

En stor lĂ€genhet med en bra altan 2 vĂ„ningar upp. Det man behövdes fanns dĂ€r. MEN. NĂ€r vi var dĂ€r sĂ„ regnade det och det regnade in bla pĂ„ toaletten. Trots det sĂ„ gjordes inget Ă„t det. Vi fick suga upp vattnet med handdukar. Men fick ingen kompensation. Lugnt lĂ€ge. ÄndĂ„ nĂ€ra till centrum. NĂ€ra till affĂ€rer och restauranger. DĂ„lig fart pĂ„ wifi, men efter att ha sagt till sĂ„ ökades farten av hyresvĂ€rden.
