The villa has 4 spacious, outdoor common areas at 4 different levels. At level 1, the thick vegetation offers great relaxation in the terrace and the swimming pool. At level 2, there is another terrace with a large white table while indoors, there is the villa’s lounge and a concert piano. Right next, there is the main kitchen fully equipped. On the 1st floor there is a veranda with olive trees under the shadow of a 200-year old vine wrapped around a trellis. The entrances for the Persephone, Dimitra and Elia suites are found in this veranda. On level 4, in a terrace surrounded with thick vegetation and offering a clear view to the olive groves and the sea, guests can sunbathe. At a slightly higher level, there is a dining room with a trellis.
The 6 suites: the Pluto suite: Double bed, bathroom with a shower & toilet.
Poseidon Suite: double bed, bathroom with bathtub & toilet.
Elia suite: two-levels (maisonette) suite. Double bed, lounge & dining room. Range, fridge, bathroom with bathtub & toilet.
Athena suite : two single beds, electric range, fridge, bathroom with a shower & toilet.

Beautiful house - well appointed and great hosts!

Six of us had a great stay at Villa Athena. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our hosts were lovely. They welcomed us with a cake, helped with our bags, and took care of anything that came up in the house during our stay. Loutra is a beautiful little village in a great location. You won't go wrong staying here if you plan to visit Crete!

un havre de paix!

un super séjour dans cette villa très agréable, bien située pour visiter la Crète! Les enfants ont adoré la piscine , certes petite mais bien fichue aussi bien pour les grands que pour les petits. Et la famille Kallergis est aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers! un grand merci encore!

magnifique maison

Maison très agréable, très conviviale tout en conservant de l'intimité. Nous étions 13 et nous étions très à l'aise. La piscine est petite mais astucieuse et fait le plaisir des enfants et des grands. L'accueil est incroyable de gentillesse et de disponibilité. seul bémol le lave vaisselle qui mériterait d'être changé. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail au regard de cette belle maison.

Le havre de paix

Je vous conseille vivement cette magnifique villa, pour son nombre de chambre avec salle de bain (comme un petit hôtel), pour la beauté du couché de soleil sur la/les terrasse(s), pour les plages, le village, et surtout pour l accueil de la famille Kallergi qui a surpassé toutes nos attentes. Die Villa Kallergi ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist wie ein kleines Hotel. Die Terrasse ist fantastisch. Der Empfand und Zuneigung von der Familie Kallergi übertrifft Alles.Merci encore. Nous garderons de notre séjour un très bon souvenir. Maike, Jacques, Pierre, Lars, Cécile et les poupées.

Très agréable villa pour groupe !

Partis en famille entre cousins (11 en tout). La villa est très agréable, des terrasses partout ce qui permet à tous d'avoir des moments d'intimité et de ne pas se sentir oppressés par le nombre ! les chambres pour certaines sont de petits appartements. Petite piscine mais finalement suffisante pour se rafraichir et ça permet d'avoir les enfants sous les yeux ! L'accueil est magnifique (panier de fruits, bouteille de vin, cake fait maison, conseils, etc) et les propriétaires très attentionnés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour !
