Property calendar updated for 2025-26 season . All utilities paid by owner . Housekeeping every 3 weeks , Pool service and gardening paid by owner.
Home upgraded and remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new lighting and café kitchen table. 3 bedroom/3bath 2260 sqft townhome with private pool and spa in gated/guarded golf community . Beautifully furnished home and fully stocked kitchen with all updated cooking amenities. Cable/ high speed Internet with premium channels and DVR(BR) and new 62 inch flat screen in LR and flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and kitchen. 2 car garage with 3rd space for golf cart parking with newer electric doors.Plenty of parking within complex for guest. 4 community pools-heated all year long. Nearest community pool only several townhouses away. Property sits on 4th fairway of Pete Dye-Westin resort golf course with Northeast mountain views. All utilities paid ($250 cap month on gas per month) and housekeeping every three weeks included. Pool cleaning twice weekly included and gardening in side courtyard every month included. Newer king mattress in upstairs and downstairs master with Twin Sleeper Sofa in upstairs master, living room memory foam queen sleeper and double sleeper in 3rd bedroom.
New paint and carpets throughout house and Bathrooms updated in January 2023.New Washer -Dryer 2025 and all new Samsung kitchen appliances replaced 11/25.

A great stay in the desert

This property was exactly as advertised. Very spacious two bedroom overlooking the 4th fairway of the Pete Dye course at Mission Hills. The home is very well appointed with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils,etc.. The hosts were very pleasant and prompt in helping with any questions we had. It was a very pleasant experience in every way.

Overall, nice home to rent

This home has just about everything you need in a rented home. Great central location in the valley, private pool, well-stocked kitchen, sleeps 5-6, 3 full bathrooms, full size laundry. Everything was very clean. Other than a couple of minor repairs needed to secure towel rods and TP holder, things were in good working order, and the owners were very responsive to our communication. We stayed a month, and there was weekly pool service and housecleaners came once. Positives/Nice touches: Bottle of wine and chocolates with welcome note upon arrival, travel-size shampoo & conditioner in bathroom, as well as full liquid soap and lotion sets in each bathroom. Hummingbird feeder full upon arrrival. (It ran out and I cooked up my own hummingbird food with water and sugar to refill.) If you like to entertain there are lots of dishes and glassware and kitchenware/cooking needs; pot & pans, bakeware, stand mixer, blender, and even a deep fryer. Appliances appear relatively new. TV in every bedroom plus kitchen, all with cable. Wifi worked fine. Decent water pressure in showers. Large closets. Large grill outside. Could be improved: Upstairs king mattress uncomfortable and unevenly worn, and four-poster bed is rickety. Creaks with every movement. (First floor master king bed very comfortable.) Could use more pillows in the house. Shower stalls are small with no shelf for shampoo, razors etc, so I bought racks to hang on shower head and left them there. (Too small/inconvenient to bend over and get shampoo off shower floor.) Bicycles in garage had flat tires, and golf clubs were very old and not good enough for a serious golfer. Would be nice to have a table on patio for eating outside. (There is a small umbrella table there but not big enough for more than 2 people & place settings.) We would consider staying here again if the opportunity presents.

Additionally, in process, is a significant kitchen remodel and additional interior and exterior upgrades to enhance future stays. Well equipped, great view, comfortable

Enjoyed the neighborhood enough to buy around the corner. Property was comfortable and clean with room for the occasional guest or two. Owners went out of their way to make certain we were happy and had everything we needed

Our second winter season here and things couldn't have been more perfect. The setting is wonderful, the house has everything you could ever need and more, the neighborhood is great and the owners are awesome. We look forward to returning again next winter.

The listing for this property was very accurate, we were not disappointed. The home was very clean and well maintained.The house is well equipped, the location is fabulous, the community is so friendly and the homeowners are awesome. The location of the property is centrally located, close to downtown Palm Springs and the surrounding communities. The homeowners were very responsive to any of our questions. We felt so very welcome the minute we walked into the home. We can't wait to return!
