Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist eingezäunt - ideal für die Hunde. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und bietet ideale Spaziermöglichkeiten vom Haus aus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ohne lange Fahrten können Wanderungen in den Bergen, an Flussufern, den Weinbergen, schönen Wäldern/Parks oder zu historischen Orten gemacht werden.
