Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being on the beach with a 1 and 3 year old! So convenient! Third floor balcony had a great view. Our condo (SMP 307) accommodated 8 adults and 2 toddlers well. Loved being with walking distance to restaurants but not having the crowd like Destin. We would come back to Summer Place again.

Great location and Condo.

Everything was great! Except the beds are terrible uncomfortable! I had seen this in previous reviews. If you have any back or hip issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Everything was great but the mattress need replaced! All of them! Hopefully the owner considers replacing them soon! Terribly uncomfortable!
