Beautiful, very bright apartment on the 7th and last floor. The living room and the bedroom open onto the large furnished terrace. The apartment is south facing facing the sea. The beaches are at the bottom of the building.
Panoramic view of the bedroom and the living room on the Lerins Islands. The apartment consists of a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, an independent WC. There are cupboards including a very large closet near the American kitchen.
In the bedroom there are 2 beds of 80 joined together (1m60), in the living room there is a new sofa bed (140).
There is a flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player. There is Wifi.
The apartment is central (all shops around the building) The train station is 200m away. There is a secure private parking (portal) The car can stay there during your stay because the buses and train serve the coastal cities (Cannes, Antibes, Nice ...) and the interior cities (Valbonne, Grasse...)

Holiday in Juan les Pins

I chose the property for the location, facilities and fantastic view from the balcony. I was not disappointed. The host has thought of everything to make the stay a 'home from home'. Being only 5 minutes walk to an excellent local bus service and only a 10 minute walk to the railway station with links to many resorts along the coast this location could not be better. Juan les Pins and neighbouring Antibes provide everything you need if you don't want to travel very far. I will be recommending this property to all my friends for a special holiday.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral für Baden, Einkäufe und Restaurants. Am Strand gibt es alles, was man braucht (Kioske, Duschen, Toiletten). Die Terrasse lädt zum Chillen ein und kann nicht eingesehen werden. Auch vom Schlafzimmer hat man den herrlichen Meerblick. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und hat alles enthalten, was man als Urlauber gut gebrauchen kann. Die Vermieterin stand schriftlich immer kurzfristig zur Verfügung und hat sich aller Belange angenommen. Mit Hilfe des freundlichen Hausmeisters können vor Ort auch kleinere Probleme gleich gelöst werden. Prima Service! Das Einchecken war dank der genauen Beschreibung auch kein Problem. Die Parkplätze sind auch für einen Kombi groß genug und vor allem sicher auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück.

Résidence et appartement années 50.terrasse avec vue magnifique encadrée par 2 grands immeubles.palier d'entrée genre vieil HLM. Appartement genre vieux bungalow bricolé.. On me dit « à l’ecoute »mais l’accompagnement de ces locataires a dépassé mes compétences .Depuis 2012 je n’ai jamais eu des contacts aussi difficiles avec des locataires et ceci dès leur descente de taxi car ils s’étaient trompés d’adresse,puis avaient oublié le code du portillon… Il a fallu que je les guide (au téléphone )du Bd Guillaumont à l’entrée de l’appartement…. Les photos sur le site (de l’appartement et du hall d’ entrée)la description et les commentaires permettront de se faire une plus juste idée sur le « camping paradis « et le hall d’HLM…… Faisant tout pour que mes locataires se sentent bien ,je leur ai permis (le départ prévu normalement à 11h)étant donné leur âge et le mauvais temps de rester l’apres midi dans l’appartement jusqu’à l’heure du départ de leur train . ……………… J’ai téléphoné à Abritel pour dire mon étonnement face à une appréciation aussi incompréhensible

Der Buchungsvorgang war sehr persönlich und ausgesprochen freundlich. Sehr gute Beschreibung der Anfahrt und des Objektes. Die Wohung ist praktisch und persönlich gestaltet. Das Bad und die Ausstattung sind nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Stand. An der ein oder anderen Stelle wäre eine Renovierung angebracht. Die Lage ist super gut und die Aussicht auf das Meer fast nicht zu toppen. Das Meer ist in 50 Metern zu erreichen. Strände, öffentlich und bezahlbare mit Verkostung sind direkt vor der Tür. Ein Hausmeister kümmert sich um alle Dinge im Haus. Er ist ausgesprochen nett und immer hilfsbereit.

Fantastisch!

Diese Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lage: Etwas zurückversetzt von der Promenade an der Küstenstrasse aber nur knapp 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt, bietet sie sowohl von der riesigen Sonnenterrasse als auch aus beiden Zimmern einen wunderschönen Aubslick nach Südwesten auf das Meer und die Inseln de Lérins. In der nächsten Umgebung befinden sich viele kleine und grössereRestaurants aller Preisklassen sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art (Lebensmittel, Souvenirs, Mode, Apoteke etc.) und die üblichen DIenstleister (Coiffeur, Beauty etc.). Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und auch das Areal nur mit einem Code zugänglich. In eienr minute ist man an der Promenade oder am Strand, beides ideal für lange Spaziergänge oder einfach zum Chillen im Sand oder an einer der Bars am Strand. Einrichutng: Die Wohnung ist sehr freundlich und persönlich eingerichtet, auf der Terrasse erwarten einem genug Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, Esstische, zwei Sonnenstoren sowie ein gepflegter kleiner Garten. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut konzipiert und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer mit der offenen Küche bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter genug Platz und Sitzmöglichkeiten, ist hell, freundlich und maritim eingerichtet und hat wie schon beschrieben eine sensationelle Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls aufs Meer ausgerichtet und hat auch einen direkten Zugang zu der wunderschönen Terrasse. Man wacht auf und sieht das Meer vom Bett aus! Infrastuktur: Es ist alles vorhanden (Küche etc.), Bad und WC sind getrennt, es hat viele Einbauschränke (so sind z.B. die Waschmaschine und der Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler in solchen Einbauschränken untergebracht, was optisch sehr gut gelöst ist). Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Anbieter: Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität und Frau Bouteille ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und steht für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Auch die Anfragen per Mail werden sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Ort: Antibes ist eine schöne Stadt, wo es viel zu sehen gibt und ein Bummel durch die Innerstadt und das Gelände um die beiden Häfen ist kurzweilig. In nächster Nähe befinden sich auch Cannes und Nizza und sind gut zu erreichen (Auto oder Bahn). Wir können diese Wohnung und die Gastegeberin zu 100% weiter empfehlen, sei es im Sommer für Badeurlaub aber auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit, da die Wohnung immer hell und sonnig ist und in der Umgebung genug Restaurants etc. geöffnet sind.

Bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato all’inizio di agosto 2022. L’appartamento è piccolo, ma comodo per 4 persone e fornito di tutto il necessario. La terrazza è semplicemente stupenda. La posizione dell’ alloggio è perfetta: sul lungomare, ma leggermente arretrata e quindi molto tranquilla. La padrona di casa non è fisicamente sul posto, ma è molto presente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ci ritorneremo!

Merci pour vos compliments téléphoniques et votre appréciation « parfait » Pour la literie nous avons choisi de mettre 2 lits jumeaux réunissables de 80 car certains locataires veulent des lits séparés (pour des enfants). Très cordialement.
