Best Sheepfold we've ever stayed at!

This property is large enough to sleep and entertain LOTS of people! The nearest "shop" is 30 minutes walking away (Toudon's wonderful La Pause Toudonnaise) or 45 minutes drive away (Carrefour Nice Lingostiere), but this means (when you get there) the views are STUNNING! Plenty of fridges to keep your supplies cold, plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of things to do to have fun, or just relax! Highly recommend!

Bergerie exceptionnelle. Nombreuses chambres et salle de bain.A disposition des Ă©quipements pour Bebe. Environnement magnifique. La terasse permet de manger a une quinzaine de personne, le four a bois BBQ rend les repas encore conviviaux. Piscine grande, et ayant un grand espace peu profond permettant de s'y prelasser. Bref, tout top !

Große EnttĂ€uschung

Wir erwarteten in einem Bauernhaus auf 1000m Seehöhe keinen Luxus; Schimmel an den WĂ€nden und in den SanitĂ€rrĂ€umen ( von denen zwei nicht benutzbar waren- einer versperrt, der andere Baustelle mit freigelegten Leitungen) sowie ein versperrtes siebtes Schlafzimmer hatten wir allerdings auch nicht erwartet. Die Poolanlage ist akzeptabel und wurde auch nach Intervenierung unsererseits gewartet, die Sonnenschirme im Poolbereich sind nur noch Relikte ihrerselbst. Nach den schweren RegenfĂ€llen der vergangenen Wochen ist die Zufahrt zum Haus kurz davor, nur noch mit GelĂ€ndefahrzeugen sicher passiert werden zu können. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar, wird allerdings auch durch den MotorradlĂ€rm der nahe gelegenen Straße beeintrĂ€chtigt. Der Vermieter nimmt billigend eine GesundheitsgefĂ€hrdung seiner Mieter in Kauf— wer die hoch positiven Bewertungen fĂŒr dieses Haus verfasst hat, wird uns ein RĂ€tsel bleiben.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour.l arrivĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs compliquĂ©e aucunes indications nous indiquant l endroit de la location accĂšs trĂšs difficile chemin Ă©troit plein de trous et de bosse a peine carrossable.nous avons dĂ» pour remonter faire une longue marche arriĂšre qui nous a valu de changer notre embrayage qui a surchauffe coĂ»t 1500 euros pas top. Autres ennuis fenĂȘtre de cuisine qui ferme trĂšs mal laissant passer l air froid, porte d entrĂ©e trop abĂźmĂ©e linteau tombant frĂ©quemment, vaisselle trop juste, verres petites cuillĂšres, sĂšche linge prĂ©vu mais non accessible.Chemin d'accĂšs Ă  revoir car trĂšs dommageable pour nos vĂ©hicules.Dommage car l 'endroit est superbe mais il fallait s'occuper de la voiture....

Parfait pour une cousinade

TrÚs beau gßte vaste, bien agencé et équipé pour une grande famille (nous étions 14), pas de voisinage. Fin octobre nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, du boulodrome et de la terrasse. C'était parfait!

Bastide exceptionnelle

Nous avons passĂ© notre weekend de mariage en famille dans la Bastide. L'endroit est magique, atypique et trĂšs chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement le lieu. Il ne manquait rien, piscine chauffĂ©e, barbecue et four Ă  pizza pour un festin garanti ! Nous avons tous passĂ© un weekend de rĂȘve ! Merci !

Un cadre fantastique

La maison est trĂšs grande mais atypique car les piĂšces ont Ă©tĂ© rajoutĂ©es au fil du temps. Elle est rĂ©novĂ©e mais il manque encore un peu de renovation(fenĂȘtres de la cuisine) le piano de cuisson trĂšs beau mais le four fonctionne trĂšs mal, ou prises de courant ne fonctionnant pas Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Mais tout cela n'est pas bien grave comparĂ© Ă  la localisation et le terrain de jeu pour les enfants et les parents ! Piscine petanque et pizza au four extĂ©rieur pour d'excellents souvenirs. Merci pour cet accueil !

Un havre de paix avec une vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passés un super séjour. La vue est exceptionnelle, les espaces extérieurs sont nombreux et trÚs agréable (plusieurs terrasses, piscine, grand jardin, boulodrome, table de ping-pong...). Tout le monde y trouve son compte. Quant à la maison, la cuisine est grande et trÚs bien équipée pour faire des repas pour beaucoup de personnes. Chacun a pu bénéficier de son espace privé avec les nombreuses chambres et SDB. C'était vraiement super !! Je recommande.

Un environnement magnifique

La Bergerie est une trĂšs belle maison qui offre une vue exceptionnelle sur un site unique. La terrasse et la piscine sont absolument superbe. La communication avec le loueur est excellente, le feu Ă©tait prĂȘt Ă  ĂȘtre lancĂ© dans la cheminĂ©e, ce qui Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs attentionnĂ© de la part de M et Mme Migliore. L'amĂ©nagement est agrĂ©able et confortable, nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien et avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour formidable en famille. Information pour M. Lecoq: des sĂšche-serviettes dans toutes les salles de bains et des lits/matelas un peu plus robustes dans le dortoir pourraient ĂȘtre une bonne idĂ©e, et peut ĂȘtre quelques plats de service en plus. Mais nous sommes trĂšs heureux d'avoir pu rester chez vous, c'Ă©tait une expĂ©rience formidable. Un grand merci!
