About this property

House with garden and swimming pool in the heart of the Alpilles in Mouriès

Recent 120m² villa on 700m² of land with swimming pool.
Ground floor large living room with lounge (TL, internet wifi, dvd player) dining room and open fitted kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher), fitted pantry (washing machine, dryer and freezer).
1st floor: 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and one with a 90 cm bed and a drawer with extra mattress for extra sleeping), 1 spacious bathroom with double sink, Italian shower and corner bath, WC separate.

Garden, the land is divided into 2 parts, one secured with trampoline, swing, ping pong table, large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The other part has the 4X9 flat bottom pool 1.50m, with pool enclosure equipped with a sink, fridge and pizza / barbecue oven, gas plancha, summer shower and garden furniture.
Ground floor air conditioning and upper floor.
Possibility of loan of the baby kit (cot and high chair) for free.
Bed linen rental (50) and bathroom linen (50 €).
Optional cleaning fee € 100.

Très bonne localisation - très bon sejour

Maison très bien équipée avec une belle piscine et très bien située pour visiter les lieux touristiques des alpilles Commerces à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Animation de mouries le vendredi soir et le samedi soir très sympa. Courses camarguaises le mercredi soir dans les arènes. Idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances.

tres belle maison

nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette agréable maison très bien équipée : clim , lave linge , sèche linge , cuisine ...... + ,plancha frigo et cuisine en extérieur. Très belle piscine bien entretenue et environnement calme. Propriétaire très sympa .
