Third bedroom has two twin beds. Fourth bedroom has a twin size day bed with trundle beds and private bath with shower which has direct access to pool. Casual, yet elegant living room seats 8 comfortably. Dining room seats 6, while breakfast nook seats 4 and kitchen counter seats two. Al fresco dining for 8 on the terraces. Fully equipped and ready for family gatherings and entertaining or just quiet relaxation. Modern granite kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and warming oven. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in kitchen. Central vacuum cleaning system. 2 car garage with electric door openers has direct access to living areas.

Great rental

We love this house, have stayed several times. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, easy drive to restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice Location

The location of the house was perfect! Beautiful beach right down the road. The house could definitely use a great deal of TLC. Smelled extremely musty upon arrival. Issues with the pool company. It took them until our last week to finally vacuum and clean the pool. Too many issues with the house to deal with on vacation but the owner was responsive.

Another wonderful stay on Conn Way!

We had another wonderful stay—the owner was great to work with and the location is awesome! The house has plenty of space for entertaining and the pool was a big bonus for the kids! We hope to be back again next year!

Another Happy Stay

We’ve stayed in this house several times and have always had a great stay. It’s clean, the kitchen is very well outfitted, there’s plenty of room for my husband to work, the location is very convenient to the beach and is an easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is very responsive to issues that crop up, as is the rental agency.
